| SHOCKER!! Man R*pes Man in Lagos! Posted: 08 Apr 2014 08:27 AM PDT  A terrifying ordeal occurred in Lagos last month when a man held down another man and r*ped him, a police prosecutor told an Abule Egba Magistrates' Court on Tuesday. The prosecutor, Insp. Racheal Williams alleged that the accused had drugged his victim before r*ping him. "When the complainant woke up, his an*s was paining him and there was some left-over semen in it,'' she said. The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the accused, 38-year-old Sali Malu, a gatekeeper, lives at 31, Peace Estate, Ipaja, a suburb of Lagos. He is facing a two-count charge of s*xual assault and causing a breach of peace. The accused pleaded not guilty to the charge of raping a fellow gatekeeper (names withheld) and breach of peace. Williams said the offences were committed on March 23 in the house of the accused. "The complainant (names withheld), who is also a gatekeeper in the estate, went to the room of the accused to charge his phone. "The accused gave him food to eat. The man did not know that the food had been laced with drug. "After eating the food, he slept off only to wake up to the reality that he had been r*ped,'' she told the court. The offences, according to the prosecutor, contravene Section 166 (d) and 259 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011. Ruling on the bail application of the accused, the Magistrate, Tajudeen Elias, granted the accused a bail of N500, 000 with two sureties in like sum. The case has been adjourned to May 5 for mention. | UNBELIEVABLE!! Nine-month-old baby Charged with Attempted Murder! [SEE PHOTO] Posted: 08 Apr 2014 08:11 AM PDT  Relatives of a nine-month-old baby charged with attempted murder in Pakistan have taken him into hiding, a relative said on Tuesday, in a case that has thrown a spotlight on Pakistan's dysfunctional criminal justice system. Mohammad Musa Khan appeared in court in the city of Lahore last week, charged with attempted murder along with his father and grandfather after a mob protesting against gas cuts and price increases stoned police and gas company workers trying to collect overdue bills. "Police are vindictive. Now they are trying to settle the issue on personal grounds, that's why I sent my grandson to Faisalabad for protection," the baby's grandfather, Muhammad Yasin, told Reuters, referring to a central Pakistani city. A Pakistani lawyer taking the thumb impression from nine-month-old toddler Mohammad Musa on a bail bond in Lahore on Saturday. The baby is on bail and due to appear at the next hearing on April 12 but Yasin said he was not sure if he would take him to court for the case. "There is immense pressure on me from various corners," he said. At his first appearance in court last week, Musa cried while his fingerprints were taken by a court official. Later, the baby sucked on a bottle of milk and tried to grab journalists' microphones as his grandfather spoke to the media. "He does not even know how to pick up his milk bottle properly, how can he stone the police?" Yasin asked journalists at the court last Thursday. | TOO BAD! Angry Father Beats 2-year old son To Death, Buries Him Secretly In Lagos! [PHOTOS] Posted: 08 Apr 2014 07:04 AM PDT  The police at Ejigbo division have begun a manhunt for a man who allegedly beat his 2-year old son to death and buried him secretly in Lagos, western Nigeria. The suspect identified as Oni Mama reportedly beat Deji to death while the boy was crying and running after him in the morning. The incident happened at 5 Fashola Street, Ejigbo, Lagos, where the suspect resides. P.M.NEWS learnt after the boy died in the presence of the neighbours, his father packed the body into a sack and buried him secretly at an undisclosed location in the area. The suspect was living alone with the victim because the mother abandoned him after she had a quarrel with her husband. She went to marry another man. Since then, Oni Mama has been finding it difficult to cope with taking care of the boy and at the same time going to work everyday. The neigbours who saw what happened went to the Ejigbo Police Station and reported the incident. Before the police arrived at the house to arrest Oni Mama, he had escaped on his motorcycle and since then he had not returned home. When P.M.NEWS visited the house where the incident happened, the tenants confirmed the incident and said Oni Mama escaped when police came to arrest him. According to the neighbours, when the police could not arrest him, some tenants were quizzed and asked to make statements before they were released. One of the tenants who did not want her name mentioned, blamed the incident on the mother of the boy who abandoned the boy. "Since the boy's mother left him, the father has been finding difficult to cope with the boy and he was always beating the boy until he killed him," she said. Another female tenant also said they warned him that he could kill the boy one day the way he was beating him. When our reporter went to Ejigbo Police Station, the DPO was not around to confirm the incident.
