Post Pregnancy Body - Amber Rose Talks About Taking Your Time and Losing Baby Weight Naturally Posted: 27 Nov 2013 04:15 PM PST Amber Rose may be referring to the rumors that swirled recently around Kim Kardashian's post baby body, or maybe not, but the new mom shared a picture of her much slimmer post baby body and urges new moms to shun surgery or other short cuts to losing the weight gained while pregnant. I'm almost at my goal weight. Just 7 pounds to go! Absolutely no surgery just diet & exercise. Most celebs give u false hope when u have a baby ( My son was 9lbs) and in 3 months ur supposed to be skinny again..... It's not realistic in most cases. It takes 6 weeks to heal before u could even work out. Anyway, the moral of the story is losing baby weight the natural way takes longer but it's much healthier for ur body and helps u stay strong to carry another baby. So don't put ur life at risk for societies standards of when ur suppose to lose ur pregnancy weight. Take ur time & don't take the easy way out. |

Posted: 27 Nov 2013 02:08 AM PST I know I am late to the party, I am as busy as I've ever been, but I just came across this Tatler article in their December 2013 issue that features an article on Nigeria's growing "young moneyed" set highlighting people like Florence "Cuppy" Otedola, Eku and her twin sister, Kessie Edewor, Misan Harriman, Rotimi Alakija, Chin Okeke, Richard Vedelago, Adora Mba and Kola Karim. The British society magazine describes these Nigerians as having billionaire parents, boarding school credentials and private jet passes. According to Tatler, they are the new set of Nigerians makings things happen – especially the United Kingdom where Nigerians are the "sixth-highest foreign spenders" while up to 70% back home live in poverty. I read on Bellanaija that many of those featured and their families are upset about the article's judgmental tone. Afripopmag puts up a robust defense as well as indictment for both Tatler and the featured Nigerians. Read the article below and let's discuss! |
Couple Love - Kelly Rowland Engaged to Marry Manager Tim Witherspoon Posted: 27 Nov 2013 01:08 AM PST There were rumors last week that Kelly Rowland, formerly of Destiny's Child with Beyonce, was now engaged to her manager and boyfriend Tim Witherspoon. The stories started after Kelly Rowland was seen wearing a large diamond ring in a video on her friend's Instagram. Sources close to the now solo singer confirmed the happy news to US Weekly saying, "She has been showing [the ring] off to friends and family and is very happy. She wants to...enjoy [it] and celebrate for a bit longer." This will be Kelly Rowland's first marriage. Her previous engagement to football player Roy Williams broke up in January 2005, two months to their planned wedding. Hopefully she gets her heart desires this time. |
