While the parents of the accused claimed he was under the influenced of drugs, which made him to their home at Gbagada to faraway Majidun, Suaiman confirmed that he jumped into the female dormitory on five different occasions before his arrest. Although he was granted bail in the sum of N50, 000 with two sureties, he could not meet the bail terms and was subsequently remanded at the Badagry Prison in Badagry area of the state.  |
| Dog Eats Paralyzed Owner's Testicles While He Was Sleeping Posted: 01 Aug 2013 01:22 PM PDT  It is tragic when a man's best friend takes away one of his other friend. This is a story dog owners should learn from. A 39-years-old paralyzed man from Arkansas who has no feeling from his waist down has been taken to the hospital after he woke up to find one of his testicles being munched by his new dog. The man had slept nude, only for him to wake up and find his dog chewing on something. He noticed the dog's front paws and muzzle were covered in blood, wondering why, he then looked down on himself and realised the dog was eating one of his testicles - balls. The man then called paramedics, who rushed to his home and immediately took him to a nearby hospital where he is receiving treatments. The dog was a stray that he had taken in just three weeks earlier but the cops took the dog to a local vet where it was put down and it's head was sent to the Arkansas Department of Health to be tested for rabies.  |

He expressed his disappointment about people seeing him as a child, hear him, "If you are a child in a drama, in real life you are not a child. You don't need to behave like a child. | Suspected kidnapper caught smuggling baby in traveller’s bag (PHOTO) Posted: 01 Aug 2013 06:06 AM PDT  Pandemonium rent the air in in the early hours of Saturday morning at Bwari Park, Abuja, when a suspected kidnapper was apprehended trying to board a commercial bus with a stolen baby The incident which stunned passengers of the bus soon attracted a large gathering of people comprising mostly drivers, park traders, motorists and commuters. City Pulse gathered that the little boy was reportedly abducted from a remote community in Abuja this moning by his abductor who made arrangement to travel with him neatly tucked into a black traveller's bag. The bubble however burst when the young man vehemently refused to let go of the bag when asked by the conductor. But as the noise of their argument began to attract other passengers, he eventually agreed. As the bus conductor struggled to arrange the bag with others, he enquired from the man what the content of the was. According to him, the bag was unusually cold. That appeared strange to him since the suspect claimed that it didn't contain frozen food. The commotion also pricked the conscience of fellow passengers and a soldier who insisted on knowing the content of the bag. When the suspected abductor realised his game was up, he tried to flee the park. He was however caught and overpowered by the mob who later forced the bus open. Lo and behold, it contained the motionless body of a baby boy. He was later handed over to the Police for further investigation  |

Medically referred to as bromhidrosis, experts say body odor occurs when the bacteria on the skin's surface breaks down sweat into acid, releasing malodorous chemical compounds in the process. Here are some ways you can prevent 'Body Odor' - Bathe with warm water in the morning, at night and after any strenuous activity. Warm water kills off bacteria that are present on the skin. - Use an antibacterial soap to wash areas that are prone to body odor. - Dust your underarms, your groin area and beneath the breasts with baking soda. This will absorb odor and prevent moisture that provides the ideal environment for odor-causing bacteria. - Soak a wash cloth in apple cider vinegar and wipe down areas of the body that contain bad odor. Be sure to get in-between fat rolls and other areas where moisture can accumulate. - Follow the vinegar application with a clean dry wash cloth to remove excess moisture. If the skin is not thoroughly dried, odor-causing bacteria can accumulate and fungus may grow. - Use a crystal rock stick in place of deodorant. It will not reduce perspiration, but it will balance out the pH level on the skin, thereby reducing the development of odor-causing bacteria. - Chew parsley to neutralize body odor. The chlorophyll will even out the body's pH levels. - Carry baby wipes with you so you can wipe areas where odor occurs. Throughout the day, use a wipe under the arms and around the groin area. - Clothing: natural fibres allow your skin to breathe, resulting in better evaporation of sweat. | SHOCKING: Why I Murdered My Husband - 17-yr-Old Wife Posted: 01 Aug 2013 05:04 AM PDT  Seventeen-year-old Maryam Yahaya has told the police that she killed her husband because he usually subjected her to "excessive" séx after she was forced to marry him last year. Maryam was alleged to have killed her husband, 26-year old Lawal Bala, a butcher from Gangare in Jos North Local Government of the State. She told PUNCH Metro at 'A' Division of the state police command that for the past one year that she married her husband, he turned her into a séx machine by making love to her at least six times a day. Maryam said, "On each occasion, he would go as far as six rounds after taking drug enhancement. The thought of running away was out of the question because my patents will send me back to him. There was no other way out for me until the devil got into me." Maryam pleaded to be set free, saying she had repented. She added that she needed to go home to take care of herself as she was two months pregnant. The Commissioner of Police, Mr. Chris Olakpe, told PUNCH Metro that justice would be done. He said, "On July10, about 4.30pm, a distress call came from Gangere that Lawal Bala was murdered in his house by unknown persons. "In the course of police investigation, one knife stained with blood, a bed sheet with blood stain and some cooked noodles were recovered at the scene of the incident. "Maryam became the prime suspect and was arrested. She later confessed to the crime. The course of justice will be followed in the case." The guy, said to be a photo journalist, identified as Adekola Bamigbala, who was taking pictures of guests at the event, got to where Omawumi was. His attempt to take pictures of the female singer got him more than he bargained for, as Omawumi was said to have pounced on Adekola, grabbed his heavy camera and attacked him with it, leading to the guy loosing his balance. Many present were at a loss on why Omawumi had to attack an harmless photo journalist. I hear the guy is carrying a swollen face and Omawumi has gone under, refusing to pick her calls or respond to text messages sent to her. When asked if he had any quarrel with Omawumi before, Adekola said there was nothing of such.  |

The report claimed that the victim is a girl named Florence Ngwu, a 300L student of University of Nigeria. Evidently, the story is a false. The picture is from a movie titled Murder at Prime Suite Hotel, a fictional story but similar to the Cynthia Osogwu murder story.  The character's name is Florence Ngwu played by an actress. The movie stars Joseph Benjamin and Chelsea Eze. The producers of the movie have released a statement. Over the last weekend, news broke out on the Internet about a certain girl, Florence Ngwu, murdered at prime suite, Lagos. We have tried to put a stop to the rumour but it keeps going viral. I am Jumafor Ajogwu and I am the producer of the movie called, "Murder at Prime Suite" (MAPS). The movie featured stars like Joseph Benjamin, Keira Hewatch, Chelsea Eze, Okey Uzoeshi and a host of other talented upcoming acts. I want to categorically state to the general public that this is a movie; it is not a real life incident. This movie would premiere nationwide on the 30th of August, 2013 at Genesis Deluxe Cinemas, Lekki Lagos. We cannot trace how the rumour leaked as we had several journalists on our set during principal photography but we want to put a stop to this rumour and make every Nigerian and the rest of the world know that it is a movie and not another incident like the rumour claimed. Doctor claims pregnant 15-year-old teen is still a vī́rgin Posted: 01 Aug 2013 04:52 AM PDT  A court in Dubai was told that a pregnant teen was still a vī́rgin, according to court proceedings. That was the diagnosis of a doctor in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, presented at the trial of a 15-year-old teen girl, who was accused of violating the country's harsh Islamic law against sēx outside marriage. The girl, identified only by her initials MM, was checked out and has since given birth to a girl, the local newspaper reported. Testifying against the doctor's report, MM told prosecutors that she had sēx with her 17-year-old boyfriend, identified by the initials YA, on several occasions. "I met him through the internet and fell in love with him," the girl said. "We have had many dates in my family's house in Oud Mutaina, Dubai, and had sēx in my bedroom after my parents fell asleep. He had full sēx with me three times and when I told him I was pregnant, he didn't care." The boy, meanwhile, insists that the two were not sēxually active, according to a local newspaper. "I did not make her lose her vī́rginity and did not make her pregnant," he told the newspaper. "After a while we broke up. I was surprised when her family was at my house and told me that I made her pregnant." The boy said that MM was seeing other guys throughout their relationship and demanded a paternity test. But he admitted to touching the girl, according to a newspaper. The report suggests that girl may have become pregnant from semen dripping into the womb which is highly unlikely to have occurred. The two teenagers have been subjected to judicial oversight.  |
| How My Mother Sold My Baby – 17-Year-Old Girl Confesses Posted: 01 Aug 2013 04:49 AM PDT  Seventeen-year-old Blessing Godspower, on Wednesday narrated how her mother sold her (Godspower) eight-month-old baby. The mother, Onyinyechi Nwabueze, 38, was paraded by the police at the 'A' Division of the Plateau State Police Command. Policemen from the division, led by the Divisional Police Officer, Mr. Victor Dimkpa, a Chief Superintendent of Police, had rescued the baby, Chiamaka, in Awka, the Anambra State capital. Blessing, who was staying with her mother at Rukuba Road area of Jos North, was allegedly put in the family way by her boyfriend. After Chiamaka was delivered, Godspower's mother, who was not comfortable with the development, allegedly decided to get rid of the baby. According to Blessing, on July 19, her mother sent her on a phony errand in order to effect the "diabolical" act. She said, "My mother sent me on an errand, but when I came back I asked for my baby and my mother asked, 'which baby?' She feigned ignorance and at that point I started crying and reported the incident to the Police." Police Commissioner, Mr. Chris Olakpe said, "After the mother sent her daughter away, she (Nwabueze) stopped a tricycle and took the baby to the first receiver, one Eucharia Anyaegbu. Anyaegbu transferred the baby to the second receiver, Rita Maduako, who finally sold the baby to 53-year-old unmarried woman, Grace Nnadozie." Nnadozie, however, said that after she applied to an orphanage home for a child without any result for the past two years, she sought Anyaegbu's help. She said she gave N500,000 to Anyaegbu for the baby. Anyaegbu gave N350,000 to Maduako. Maduako was to give N200,000 to the baby's grandmother. But Nwabueze denied that she sold the baby. She said her daughter was very wayward, so she decided to give the baby out to somebody else who would take proper care of her. She said, "How can I sell my granddaughter. My daughter is not capable of taking care of the baby and I decided to give her to somebody who will take proper care of her." Nwabueze explained that she lost her husband in 2007 and since then, she and the six children she had with him, had been finding things difficult.  |
