“I Wrote Sho Lee for Sean Tizzle”- Sound Sultan Claims Posted: 30 Jun 2013 02:45 PM PDT There has been some issues surrounding "Sho lee" singer Sean Tizzle and Sound Sultan, these issues arose as a result of Sean Tizzle's switch from Sound Sultan's music label Naija Ninjas to D'tunes' label Difference Entertainment. Sound Sultan claims he wrote "Sho Lee" while he was hosting his"MyTop10″ edition on Kennis Music Channel. If this is true then more credit should be given to songwriters for their involvement in any song. This right here is a pretty bad look for the Nigerian industry.
EXPOSED: Davido Slept With Married Mother Of Three Kids In Italy (PHOTO) Posted: 30 Jun 2013 02:44 PM PDT The excitement and thrill of hanging out with a celebrity has driven a married woman and a mother of three, Joyce Osifo into the hands of the known David Adedeji Adeleke popularly known as Davido on the 16th of June during a concert in Napel. Presently, Davido is on euro tour and according to NCN source, Davido knew Joyce through her brother who opened stage before him. Davido came on stage late in the morning, 17th of June, sang few songs and left. Meanwhile sources revealed that the Omo oba was in his hotel rocking his time with the mother of three who is desperate to come to the limelight through her upcoming show "Miss Black Beauty Italy". Most Nigerians girls who are married to white men are said to be sleeping around with young black men and sometimes pay them to get laid. Since this is the known tradition, Joyce Osifo added this to her zeal to be out and maybe get Davido to assist in the sponsorship of her event. Let us talk below jor. Joyce is beautiful and there is no way Davido could remove his eyes from her. What was Davido thinking or the mother of three? Just wondering why Davido posted on his istagram that ITALY WAS CRAZY. What really made it crazy? Is Davido helping Joyce with his upcoming event or a promise to....?? Source
This Man Says, He’s Been To Heaven Four Times, Draws Map Posted: 30 Jun 2013 02:43 PM PDT Of course, the South African from KwaZulu-Natal tells it in all seriousness. And who knows, he may even be telling the truth about having visited heaven four times, so far. The first time was in 1998, and subsequent visits were made in 2004, 2006 and 2008. It all started in 1993, when a white man (an angel, apparently) paid him a visit and told him he was needed in heaven. And now, after several visits, he's drawing a map to make sure the rest of us 'unlucky' ones get what he's talking about. But it's not the fact that he took a few vacations to heaven or even that he's drawing a map that amuses me. It's more to do with the stuff he says he's seen and done there. According to Mthembu, there are 11 heavens in all, and he was taken to the fifth one, Crista, first. It was there, in a city called Sharmoy, that he claims to have met Jesus. The main heaven is Salem, he says, where God's temple is located. God is apparently in his youth, and of a Grayish complexion. Jesus is white. He saw God for the first time during his second trip, on a planet called Jadalem that's mostly covered in water and ice. Mthembu's other sightings include Moses, Eliya, and Abel. He also explored the Marshnode City, which is the place people go to when they die, to get reincarnated. But here's the weirdest of all his tales – he says that the people who predicted the end of the world in May last year weren't entirely incorrect. Mthembu seems to have eavesdropped on an important meeting in the heavens, where the biggest war against Satanism was being discussed. The war is supposed to have been launched on May 23rd, so we're basically on a countdown to the absolute end. The map isn't ready yet, but Mthembu is already worried about counterfeit versions. "People must come and see the map as one day someone from Japan or China or Britain will design a map of heaven and the people of South Africa will have forgotten that the map was originally made in South Africa," he says. Perhaps he needs to patent his creation. And while he's at it, write a fantasy novel and strike a movie deal too? Wonders shall never end!

2 Pakistani girls shot dead for making a video of themselves dancing in the rain Posted: 30 Jun 2013 02:42 PM PDT Two teenage sisters, 16 year old Noor Basra and 15 year old Noor Sheza (both pictured above) were shot dead at their home in the town of Chilas, in Pakistan after a video showing the two girls laughing and dancing in the rain was circulated via mobile phones. Apparently dancing with your sibling in the rain and filming it is a crime punishable by death in the Northern region of Gilgit. The video caused an outrage in the town and a few days later, five men invaded the girls home and shot them dead - for - wait for it - 'tarnishing their family's name'. Their mother was also shot dead. The girls' step-brother, a man named Khutore, is being accused of arranging their murder because he allegedly wanted to 'restore the family's honour'. The sisters' other brother filed a case against him and the four other alleged accomplices who are now on the run. The police are investigating the case.
Maggots Kept 70 year Old Woman Alive After Daughter Left Her To Rotten [PHOTOS] Posted: 30 Jun 2013 02:41 PM PDT Maggots kept a 70-year-old woman alive after her daughter left her to rot with a large open wound on her leg, Washington state police say. Sherrie Morton, 46, claimed to have been caring for her invalid mother in the Auburn, Wash., home they shared, but her definition of "care" has landed her with a felony elder-abuse charge. Police and medics found the elderly woman stuck to her bedding with a gaping, maggot-infested sore on her leg, large piles of garbage in the home, and a strong smell of rotting flesh, feces and ammonia pervading the premises, Seattlepi.com reported. The woman said her legs were "burning." The scene was "like a horror movie," a friend of Morton's said, according to King County Sheriff's Detective Marylisa Priebe-Olson. Komonews.comThe home where Morton and her mother live contained piles of garbage and had a putrid smell, a court heard.Morton told officials that she only discovered the maggots five hours before placing the call, and that her mother had been injured a few days prior. But paramedics said the injury was at least a month old. The hundreds of bugs may have saved the woman's life. "The maggots may have helped keep [her] alive due to the fact that they were eating the rotting skin that was infected and helping to slow the infection," Priebe-Olson said. 'Hundreds' of maggots crawling on the older woman's leg may have saved her life by eating away at the infection, authorities said. The mother said she was well cared for by Morton, Priebe-Olson told the court. "[She] said in the hospital that her care at home was fine," Priebe-Olson said. "However, [she] did not understand that maggots eating her flesh was not good care." Morton is charged with second-degree criminal mistreatment of a dependent person and remains in jail on $150,000 bail, according to Seattlepi.com.
Nelson Mandela’s Gravesite Is Being Prepared (SEE PHOTO) Posted: 30 Jun 2013 09:49 AM PDT
That's according to the construction supervisor at the site, Eric Bosman, representing Durbanville construction firm Haw & Inglis, who yesterday gave The Sunday Independent's sister paper Weekend Argus some insight into the work being done there. Speaking at the site, he confirmed it was being prepared for Madiba's burial. Twenty construction vehicles, including 10 trucks and various bulldozers, were working there non-stop yesterday. Bosman said they were creating the first temporary road to the site, built off the N2 highway and leading to the gravesite, which was expected to be completed by the end of the day. "We started it (temporary road) two weeks ago and we're finishing it today. It's in preparation for the burial. This will allow mourners to drive to the site with ease. There will be space for everybody," said Bosman. The gravesite is situated on a high hill, the closest one to Madiba's large peach-coloured homestead, which is adjacent to the N2 highway in Qunu. Bosman said the site could accommodate an enormous number of people, since there were vast open fields around Mandela's homestead. He said a section of the temporary road would be used by buses, while another section would be utilised by taxis and bakkies. "He will be buried here," he said, pointing to crop of aloes just below the top of the hill. "The minibuses will come out there. And that one is for the buses," he gesticulated as he pointed to the areas to be designated as drop-off zones for what is expected to be one of the biggest funerals to be seen in South Africa. Bosman also pointed to a section far below the gravesite, and closer to Mandela's homestead, where he said a "big tent" would be erected. Two weeks ago Weekend Argus reported there was division over where Madiba should be buried – some felt he should not be buried at his homestead, but rather at the Mandela family burial site, situated on the opposite side of the N2 highway from Mandela's homestead. However, Bosman was adamant yesterday Mandela would be buried at his homestead. Meanwhile, the area is wall-to-wall with journalists, photographers and camera people, who have flocked to the area as Mandela lies critical in hospital. A few weeks ago only two or three media organisations were in Qunu, but that number has jumped to about 20 in the past week. Most were firmly entrenched outside the Mandela homestead on Thursday and Friday, although there was very little action to see. Everyone rushed to Mthatha, about 35km away, on Friday when news of the family feud over the burials of three of Mandela's children broke. The court action has pitted 16 members of the Mandela family against Mandela's grandson Mandla Mandela, who is alleged to have moved the remains to Mvezo, where he is chief. Neither Mandla or other members of the family were at the Mthatha High Court however, so for the news teams, it was literally back to the drawing board.[Sunday Independent]

I’ll marry my husband again and again – Mercy Johnson Posted: 30 Jun 2013 09:37 AM PDT Mercy Johnson is a well known Nollywood star in Nigeria, nay Africa. After taking a break from the klieg lights to get married and have her baby, she's now ready for a new project – the Mercy Johnson Foundation. See excerpts of her recent interview with a national newspaper, Sun. You were at OJB's house to see him and donate money, now you are here to donate to the Boys Reform Home in Lagos. What's the idea? No idea, we are just promoting the ideals of Mercy Johnson Foundation. The idea is to identify the needs, evaluate and help in our own little way. All fingers are not equal; those in position to help should do so without hesitation. You will be hearing a lot about Mercy Johnson Foundation from now on. We have put our house in order and now ready to help those we can. I strongly believe that as stars we should live beyond the euphoria of stardom and the moment. We will not always be here, what happens if you look back and realise you could do a lot to make the world better when you had the spotlight and you didn't? I want to live beyond the moment. Why the reform homes in Lagos? I know I'm not glamorous to a lot of people, but we must know that if we do charitable things for publicity alone, we defeat the purpose. We need to find ways to reform young boys and girls otherwise they will make life uncomfortable for the children of the privileged. At this point, I must commend the government of Lagos State for making efforts at reforming the kids. We are looking at what we can do with the state to help make the future of these children better. Motherhood seems to have changed you… Yes, motherhood changes women. You begin to see yourself as a co-creator. You begin to see yourself as a protector. Few days ago, I was feeding Purity and she started dragging the bottle with me with the hot water in it. She pushed the bottle, I had to quickly push her away from the water and let it pour on my arm instead. That's the kind of protection I am talking about. I think it will also make you feel more responsible for other children as well. You begin to see them as children of some other mothers. You have a sense of responsibility to want to protect them as well. How are you coping with your husband and the baby? There's nothing like coping, he's making my job easier. He dots on her. He carries her, feeds and does everything for her such that she misses him when he's not around. You won't believe she sleeps on his chest every night. He understands whatever adjustment I need to make when it comes to the baby. He's a loving father? What about being a loving husband? Come on now, you know that Sam. He's the best thing that happened to me. People usually say men are not reliable, in the case of my husband he's a blessing. It's obvious we are his priority. So, your step of faith is paying off? Yes. I am not saying its perfect, but this is close to perfection. If this is what it feels to be married, I want to marry my husband again and again. How come you took a break and still returned as number one in Nollywood? There's nothing like number one in Nollywood. We are all doing our jobs; it's just that some people are busier than others. I'm glad of what God has given me. What should we expect from you career-wise? I'm trying to be more selective with what I do. If the script is not good, I don't want to do it. Our market is getting core aware and advanced as the day goes by. How come you are not an ambassador of any brand yet? We are having discussion with a couple of brands, when we agree with the terms, you will hear from us. However, I need to quickly point out that Mercy Johnson is a blend of youth and family brand. We just can't stand and represent any brand. If it's not representing the youths, which is our major consistency or the family, we will not be favourably disposed to it. I can't at this point be 'hawking' cleavages in the name of promoting brand. Things have changed; this is the beginning of a new era for me.
Hmnn: Sri Lankan man claims to have lived without eating food for FIVE YEARS Posted: 30 Jun 2013 06:28 AM PDT A Sri Lankan man claims he has survived without food for the last five years. Although experts believe humans can only live for two months without a meal, Kirby de Lanerolle insists he has only needed fresh air as nourishment. The breatharian also claims his lifestyle - which he says harnesses light, wind and the 'vibrations of God' - can reverse the ageing process and make him immortal. In an interview on TV show Taboo USA cited by The Sun, de Lanerolle said: 'There are energy sources out there that are greater than the food calories you are putting in your body. He admits to having eaten seven 500-calorie meals over the last ten months, but claims they made him feel ill. He said: 'In this consciousness, when I do eat food, it makes me feel very tired. And my alertness goes away when I eat now.' VITAL LIFE FORCE OR DANGEROUS PSEUDOSCIENCE? Breatharians believe food and possibly water are not needed to sustain life. Instead, all that's required is prana, a vital life force in Hinduism also known as 'living off light'. Jasmuheen, formerly Ellen Greve, is credited with starting the Breatharian movement. She advises followers to convert gradually, first becoming a vegetarian, a vegan, moving to raw foods, fruits, then liquids and finally prana. However, many in the scientific community believe it is a dangerous pseudoscience that has caused many people to starve to death. According to odditycentral.com, de Lanerolle was a drug addict at the age of 16. But he has gone on to become a Gold medalist at the Junior National Level Championship for Rifle Shooting in 1995, winner of several boxing medals, Executive Advisor to the Ministry of Social Services in Sri Lanka and a successful entrepreneur. He is also believed to be the only person known to have completed a marathon having only consumed water for three months. He claims he owes his dramatic turnaround in fortunes to the breatharian lifestyle. Around five years ago, he read about people who didn't eat for up to six years and didn't drink water for 40 days and 40 nights. He was also convinced by the writings of a guru who said that cancer, diabetes and heart disease are caused by food. He now wants to teach others to be breatharians, but experts are worried about his claims because some people have died trying adopt the lifestyle.
I Have A Man I'm Enjoying But Marriage May Not Be For Me ––Actress Funke Adesiyan Posted: 30 Jun 2013 06:17 AM PDT Bústy and beautiful actress, Funke Adesiyan may not be one of the most celebrated in the movie world but she sure belongs to the league of the most talked about and especially in a controversial manner... In this chat with The Entertainer, she opened up on a couple of interesting issues. Among the issues are her bréast implant tale, her romance with a socialite and why she feels it's not compulsory to get married. Tell us about the story that was all over town that you did bréast implant… I wouldn't know where and why the story was all over. Maybe we need to ask those who started it. Could be it that you dressed in a way that made your boobs look bigger or something? I would not know, but I guess I dress appropriately. I am not expected to wear Iro and Buba to a night club, so I don't know where the story came from. I don't know why people enjoy putting others down and I think we should cultivate the habit of celebrating ourselves. We should celebrate good things in other people and stop digging what is not meant to be dug. I try to live my normal life. I try to remain myself . I try not to let my freedom be taken away from me. If I feel like eating Amala at a buketaria, I walk in and I eat. One million people could stare at me and that is because they want to stare; what I want to do is eat. If I feel like buying corn on the roadside, I park and I buy. I try as much as possible not to let fame get into my head and I try to live a normal life. Are you not thinking of marriage at your age? Like I have always said and believed, marriage is not a must for me. Everybody wants to get married but everybody is not meant to be married. There are people who are not meant to be married but they forced themselves into marriage , because a brother or sister is married. You discover that you opt out in a few months and divorced. Why did you get married in the first place knowing you are not meant to be married? Firstly, I think you should understand your nature. That said, I wouldn't say expect the marriage by next week or next year and it also does not mean I can not call you in the evening that I am not married. What's most important is finding a great person. You could fall in love with the person but it's about finding someone that you are compatible with , someone you could cohabitate together, someone you could stay with and be happy together. Are you searching for the right person? I am not searching for the right person, I am in a relationship with a great man. It does not mean that we will be married tomorrow or we cannot get married today. That is not what matters to me. Marriage is the last thing, what matters is being happy together. He's happy with me and I am happy with him, so, that's fantastic and fine. For how long would you want to have the cards open? Forever! I think one should live a life of being open. I think life is too short to say I am going to love you forever when you don't know what happens tomorrow. Why don't you leave it open?
Late M.K.O Wife Wants To Contest For The Post Of The Governor Of Lagos State Posted: 30 Jun 2013 06:16 AM PDT
Mrs. Modupe Onitiri-Abiola, wife of the acclaimed winner of the annulled June 12, 1993 presidential elections, however, did not mention the party's platform on which she would contest. She told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos that her motive for seeking the votes of the electorate was to assist in poverty eradication. Onitiri-Abiola said that she worked with her late husband in the struggle for the actualisation of the June 12 elections annulled by the military regime of former president, Ibrahim Babangida, in 1993. late-mko wife According to her, the country needs to start practicing true democracy at all levels of government to meet the yearnings and aspirations of Nigerians. The aspirant said if she becomes the state governor, poverty eradication would be the focal point of her administration. She said the same issue should be the major concern of government at all levels. "There should be no poverty in this state or in this country. There is so much poverty on the ground and the situation on ground is extremely terrible, worse than what we thought it was at that time. But, I am trying to look at what exactly is in the interest, actually, true interest of the people. "What I am trying to do now is eradication of poverty; and, I know once you remove poverty, you remove everything and for you to be able to remove poverty, you need to have so many programmes."

Nelson Mandela Wrote A Will On A Single Sheet Of A4 Paper Stating Where To Be Buried Posted: 30 Jun 2013 05:13 AM PDT Nelson Mandela wrote a will on a single sheet of A4 paper in which he asked to be buried on a remote hillside in his ancestral home of Qunu, it has emerged. The former South African president, 94, remains in a critical but stable condition in hospital in Pretoria where he has spent the last 21 days being treated for a lung infection. In January 1996, while still serving as president, Mr Mandela reportedly drew up a rudimentary will in which he asked for a simple burial close to the village where he grew up on the Eastern cape. He said that while he would be happy with a state memorial service in Pretoria he wanted to buried in the family plot with just a simple headstone to mark the site of his grave. The South African Mail and Guardian reported a long-standing family friend as saying: 'He never gave death a great deal of thought, but he never wanted anything fancy'. Despite the fact that sales of Mr Mandela's book Long Walk To Freedom, and artworks bearing his name, had earned him millions in royalties his will was reportedly presented on a single sheet of A4 paper. According to South Africa's national broadcaster SABC, the question of Mr Mandela's final resting place has this week sparked a bitter family feud. Mr Mandela's oldest daughter, Makaziwe, and 15 other family members have pressed a court application to get Mr Mandela's grandson to return the bodies of three of Mr Mandela's children to their original graves in Qunu. The grandson, Mandla Mandela, acknowledges having reburied the three bodies 13 miles away in the Mvezo village, where he plans to create a Mandela shrine, hotel and football stadium. Mandla Mandela has until tomorrow to respond to the court filing, reports said. Nelson Mandela built his retirement home in Qunu and was living there until his repeated hospital stays which started at the end of last year. The anti-apartheid leader attended the burial of his son at the family plot in Qunu in 2005, and it was widely expected that the leader himself will be buried there. But his grandson exhumed the bodies of Mr Mandela's three children and moved them to nearby Mvezo, which is the former president's birthplace and the grandson holds authority as chief. Eldest daughter Makaziwe and other Mandela family members want the family bodies returned to their original graves in Qunu, according to the reports. Today U.S. President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama are due to meet with family members but they will not visit Mr Mandela in hospital. 'Out of deference to Nelson Mandela's peace and comfort and the family's wishes, they will not be visiting the hospital,' the White House added in a statement. Yesterday Mr Mandela ex-wife said his condition had improved. Winnie Madikizela-Mandela told reporters: 'I'm not a doctor but I can say that from what he was a few days ago there is great improvement'. Ms Madikizela-Mandela pleaded with the media to 'understand the sensitivities and the feeling of the family'
Real Reasons Tope Alabi, Prophet Ajanaku Parted Ways Posted: 30 Jun 2013 04:19 AM PDT It's no longer news that the father-daughter relationship between popular female gospel singer, Tope Alabi and her spiritual father, Prophet Ireti Ajanaku of Christ Victory Chapel International, Ayobo, Lagos has gone sour over irreconcilable differences. Fresh facts have just emerged on what smeared the 13 years relationship between the duo. A very dependable source told First Weekly that part of the reasons for the imbroglio between the two personalities was that Tope was playing hide and seek with the acclaimed man of God. Tope and her husband, Soji were reportedly going to the church whenever they deemed fit and concentrated more on their music engagement instead of participating in church activities as against what they used to do in the past. According to a close source, Tope's current posture was not what they agreed upon before the man of God anointed her music ministry many years back. A reliable source said that before Tope Alabi climbed the success ladder, she used to go to Prophet Ajanaku's church on commercial motorcycle (okada) and used to cry profusely each time she met the man of God as she was desperate for breakthrough, adding that she is now biting the fingers that fed her. The final straw that broke the camel's back, sources said, happened during the 2012 cross over night. Sources at the programme on the night of December 31st 2012 confirmed to First Weekly that Tope, who used to sit in the front row among the church officials, avoided the seats and went to sit in the midst of other worshippers as she had started having problems with her spiritual father then. This sudden attitude of Tope, we were told, didn't go down well with Pastor Ajanaku. However, acting on impulse on a very swift manner in accordance with the Biblical Prophet Samuel when he anointed David, while King Saul was still reigning, Pastor Ajanaku reportedly collected the micro-phone and announced a younger female gospel artiste, Ifemide, who was attending the church for the first time. Pastor Ajanaku reportedly told Ifemide to kneel down and told the congregation that a new baby has just been born. Ajanaku allegedly told Ifemide to carry on with the work of God with his full backing and the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Pastor Ajanaku reiterated further that the anointing has been taken from someone else and given to the young lady. Our sources said that Tope was really shattered by the events that were unfolding right in her very eyes. She was said to have developed cold feet and started shedding tears, and that the singer with a sonorous voice immediately vacated her seat and left the church. She reportedly complained bitterly to a close buddy that the disgrace was too much for her to bear, and she allegedly left the church a sad person on New Year day, when everybody was in a celebration mood. Sources maintained that the father-daughter relationship between her and the prophet unceremoniously came to an end that day. Our source said that Pastor Ajanaku warned Tope Alabi on the consequences of her actions on several occasions. "My Brother, you can't be close to someone like Pastor Ajanaku and be committing adultery and believe that he would not find out. Tope had been warned to stop sleeping around," said a source. Those who should know said that Soji is the number three man Tope Alabi would marry. They said that the beautiful gospel act had a boy for her first husband, who is now 23 years old and that she lost the baby she had for her second husband to death. "When you bite more than you could chew, you would not be able to eat again. Tope bit more than she could chew. Go and ask her, who prophesied to her 13 years ago that she would have babies for her current husband and that she would be so busy making money as a gospel artiste such that she would not even have time for any other thing," said a source. Ajanaku however felt that it was high time she concentrated on her work as a minister of God and leave the things of the world. A source maintained that Tope Alabi has been sleeping around with prominent men in the society and that this is unexpected of a gospel artiste. On the allegation that Pastor Ajanaku was making passes at Tope, the source said that this was far from the truth because, according to him, the anointed man of God would never toy with such a sin, especially that she related with Tope like his daughter. When called on the phone to react to the allegations, Tope's husband, who always pick her calls, insisted that he and his wife had nothing to say on the matter. He said: "people have been writing a lot about the matter and we also heard that Prophet Ajanaku has been saying a lot of things on the issue, we are less concerned about that, God is on the throne. The truth will come to the forefront, when the time comes, but for now, we will keep our fingers crossed. I will never be forced to say anything on this issue, God knows what transpired and He would judge, when the time comes." Meanwhile Ifemade, who is now the apple of the eyes of the acclaimed prophet, is gradually becoming the toast of events organizers in Lagos. The young gospel act performed at the recently held Global News Awards, which held with fanfare in Ikeja, Lagos. Source:
