Posted: 03 Jul 2014 02:19 PM PDT   Nigerian Saxophonist, and newly married man, Yemi Sax has said he thanks God for his life and the woman God has given to him to be his wife. Recalling what he went through in his last relationship, Yemi said, the lady he practically took care of left him after 8 years. And even when the softsell reporter tried to say may be she left him because she was more educated, Yemi was quick to deny it and said, no it wasn't even that, it was far from it. Lol… His words after the cut. Before you married your wife, I am sure a woman would have broken your heart; can you tell me about the experience? Of course I have had a long relationship of like eight years that didn't even work out. You know after eight years I was heartbroken. A woman I gave my all to decided to mess the privilege and brought my heart to great sorrow. It is not about being a star really, my wife that I married right now had sworn with her life that she world never marry an entertainer but man proposes and God disposes, even she knew that it is by the grace of God that it all happened. The woman that broke your heart after eight years, don't you think she must have felt that she is more educated than you and maybe saw you as a seep in her life? I think at first, everything was rosy but you know you can't pretend for long. She was just there pretending I think it was because of the things she was gaining from me and you know you can't pretend for long because character is like a flame it will always come out eventually. So, it got to a time that her real personality manifested and that was when the relationship came to an end. So, you didn't think it was as a result of personality and educational difference? Nooo, not at all; she is even somebody I brought up. She is somebody I brushed up, I sent her to school. So, it is not about being more educated than me or not, you understand what I mean. I did everything to make her a success but she chose otherwise. So, what did that episode teach you about life? I think it is a great lesson; I will advise people not to expect too much from a fellow human. That is the way you can live long, that is the way you can enjoy life; expect the worst from others. So, that is my advice to people. It is my guiding philosophy as well. I don't think it is a good thing to put your trust in people. Instead, put your trust in God who never disappoints. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is an Islamic theocratic monarchy in which Sunni Islam is the official state religion. Although no law requires citizens or passport holders to be Muslim, almost all citizens are Muslims. Children born to Muslim fathers are by law deemed Muslim, and conversion from Islam to another religion is considered apostasy and punishable by death. Blasphemy against Sunni Islam is also punishable by death, but the more common penalty is a long prison sentence. There have been no confirmed reports of executions for either apostasy or blasphemy in recent years. Religious freedom is virtually non-existent. The Government does not provide legal recognition or protection for freedom of religion, and it is severely restricted in practice. As a matter of policy, the Government guarantees and protects the right to private worship for all, including non-Muslims who gather in homes for religious practice; however, this right is not always respected in practice and is not defined in law. Posted: 03 Jul 2014 10:34 AM PDT   The remains of the late Pop-Gospel singer, Kefee (Irikefe Don-Momoh nee Obareki), will be laid to rest on Friday, July 11th in her hometown of Okpara-Inland, Ethiope East LGA of Delta State. A statement released by her publicist today states that Kefee's husband, Teddy Don-Momoh, who has been making arrangements to bring her body back from the U.S., will arrive the country first to receive her body before taking her down to Delta State for burial. Teddy had earlier indicated that his wife's family had requested that she be buried in their hometown, with a celebratory service in Sapele afterwards and he was comfortable with the arrangement. Vladimir Putin's leads a filthy rich lifestyle with 4 yachts, 58 aircraft and 20 homes "I have worked like a galley slave throughout these eight years, morning till night," said President Putin to media in 2008. Tinubu launches N250 Million Pay TV Company! Posted: 03 Jul 2014 08:33 AM PDT   Former Lagos State governor, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has further extended his grip in the media and broadcasting business as he finally rolled out services of his new pay TV company, CONSAT. According to information available to ENCOMIUM Weekly, the new pay TV platform, Continental Satellite Limited, will operate in the form of cable satellite pay television with bouquet and dish and the network will operate from the premises of Continental Broadcasting in Ikosi, Ketu, Lagos.  Findings revealed CONSAT package cost N15,000 and will provide 15 channels which include CNN, BBC, Aljazeera and movie channels.  Another 95 channels are also available for subscribers who prefer the cable service. The plan to float a pay TV platform by Bola Tinubu has been in the pipeline for some time now.  The equipment used in the setting up of the company was shipped in to Nigeria last year from Europe.  According to inside source, about N250 million went into setting up the new television venture. Tinubu's intention to set up this new pay TV is borne out of his inability to take over assets of HiTV, a pay TV company where he is said to have financial stakes. GTBank's terms and condition is identified as a stumbling block to Tinubu's takeover bid and that was after the company packed up due to huge debts and its CEO, Toyin Subair left the employment of the company. CONSAT will no doubt give other pay TV platforms like DSTV, Startimes, a run for their money in terms of services and reach.  Tinubu's CONSAT is said to be cheaper and provides more channels than other platforms.  The company's official colour is yellow and black. Obanikoro in a series of tweets had alleged that Tinubu's friends created the Boko Haram mess being experienced in Nigeria today.(SEE HERE) In a statement released last night through his media aide, Tinubu refuted the allegations, saying it is the PDP and Obanikoro that are aiding Boko Haram. Police Finds Over 1,555 Child P*rn*graphy Images In Catholic Priest’s Room! His main interest was in images of boys in the low-to-mid teens, the very age range of children at the school where he was employed. But his lawyer wants the court to forgive him after pleading guilty, stating that he has done a lot of good in his life and he has also made clear his intention to apply to be released from his vows on August 14. She pleaded with the court not to send her client to jail, but the judge said such a sentence would be 'manifestly inadequate'. Hogan, whose bail was continued, will be sentenced on a later date.
