| US Rapper, Flo Rida Covers his N270Million Bugatti Veyron With Gold!! [PHOTOS] Posted: 05 Jan 2014 11:11 AM PST He purchased his Bugatti Veyron for a whopping $1.7million, but apparently that wasn't enough for Flo Rida. The rapper has gone the extra mile and had the car, which is the fastest in the world, wrapped in gold. The 33-year-old, real name Tramar Lacel Dillard, no doubt splashed an eye watering amount of cash on the makeover for his prized vehicle. It comes despite the fact that Flo Rida faced fininacial ruin and the loss of his home late last year over a $1million tax bill. A company called Metro Wrapz in Hollywood, Florida did the garish finish. Flo Rida splashes out wrapping his $1.7million car in GOLD Metro Wrapz then released a video of the star's extremely bling Bugatti being shown off by a model, who appropriately wore a gold dress and matching heels. The Wild Ones hit-maker purchased the car in white and later had it wrapped in chrome, all despite his money problems. But it seems he tired of having a finish on his vehicle similar to that favoured by 50 Cent and Justin Bieber and decided to go one step further. The ostentatiousness of Flo Rida's freshly pimped car understandably rubbed some people up the wrong way. The gold Bugatti became a global trend on Twitter and user AutoBant wrote: 'I have very little time for Flo-rida's Gold Veyron. Surely it's like putting a moustache on the Mona Lisa.' WrappedWorld says of the vehicle: 'This Gold Chrome Wrapped Bugatti belongs to music sensation Flo-Rida. Flo puts all his trust in Bruno to deliver a quality product when it comes to his rides. 'Originally wrapped in chrome, Flo-Rida decided to change it up and turn it into a Golden Gatti. The shoes on the Gold Gatti match the vinyl. Flo-Rida's Bugatti is sitting on 24 inch, 24 karat gold Forgiato rims.' DailyMail | ||||||||||||||

| [MUST READ] MEET the Top 10 Controversial Nollywood Actresses! [PHOTOS] Posted: 05 Jan 2014 09:20 AM PST ![]() Tonto Dikeh There is hardly a Nollywood actress who has not tasted the sting of a scandal at one time or another in her career. While it appears some of them go courting controversies, others have had controversies tossed their way either by some overzealous press guys who dig up stuffs about them and mixed it with a little bit of dirt or by some circumstantial happenings that caught them right in the middle. While some of these actresses have ignored many scandals trailing their career, others have simply laughed them off. Like, in every movie industry, there are practitioners who crave for attention and thus ,go the extra mile to expose certain aspects of their lives to make the headlines. Here are the top ten actresses who have been severally scandalised. Interestingly, these scandals, true or false, have never dented their careers, instead, they have come out of them stronger, bigger and more popular: Tonto is arguably the most scandalised actress in Nollywood. Every time her name comes up in the papers it seems to be about one controversy or the other. Some have said she found her way to stardom riding on the wings of controversies and it seems much of it is true as Tonto seems to take up roles most of her colleagues wouldn't dare. The daring actress has played all kinds of roles, most of which bothered on near nudity and soft porn. She astounded the movie world not too long ago when she revealed that it was Jimmy Jatt who deflowered her. Such is the boldness of the Rivers State born actress. There have also been rumours of her s*xual involvements with several artistes including Tuface, KC Presh, Wizkid and even Iyanya. When she veered into music, like some of her peers have done, it was controversy galore again as many critics took her to the cleaners, hinting the actress has nothing of a singer in her. And just recently she posted a near naked picture of herself on Twitter with large tattoos on her back. Nuella Njubigbo
Though Nuella has come out to deny all these series of romances, however the echoes still linger. The one about her and the director, Tchidi Chikere was particularly poignant to her as her PR person had to come out and release a statement on the matter. She has also been alleged to be in a relationship with a state governor from the South-South region, which reportedly earned her a SUV. Others who have been linked with her in the past include footballer Emmanuel Emenike and a few others. Cossy has said she is one of the most misjudged persons in the entertainment industry but that does not excuse her image of 'high octane sensuality'. Her boobs have become the label through which people identify her and she doesn't help matters as she flaunts these at every occasion. The most popular scandal about her is that of her sleeping with a dog for a fee but Cossy has denied this at every turn. If she is truly misjudged it cannot be about her excesses in exposing her s*xy body. Recently she tweeted near-naked pictures of herself just to show off her new panties and also posted in the social media a picture of herself in 'orgasmic bliss', possibly giving her fans the picture of herself at the height of a sexual act. But with all her excesses, Cossy is down-to earth and focused. Lola Alao
Before the Lola-Bisi-Dino saga, there was the issue of her husband, who labelled her on the pages of newspaper as "diabolical" but Lola said in a recent interview that she doesn't bear grudges against anyone. In spite of her former husband's campaign in the media to drag her name in the mud Lola has never once spoken ill of the man and even saying "I liked the guy. He was a nice guy. It just didn't work out". Funke Akindele
Even her marriage which held the movie world spellbound was enmeshed in controversy. She has been implicated in secret relationship with many of her colleagues. Bisi Ibidapo Obe
The tabloid again was filled with tales of Bisi and Melaye's alleged romance-which the ex-honour bale member denied. Seven months after she claimed she met the father of her child, she was delivered of a baby girl and she was once again in the news when she named the child after Dino Melaye. Genevieve Nnaji Despite her super star status in the industry, Genevieve has had her own fair share of controversies to add to her growing profile. Before she became as big as she is today she was reportedly involved in romanctic affairs with several actors, such as Pat Attah, Kunle Coker and others. And when the tale of a man who claimed to be the father of her only child waged a media blitz on her, Genevieve's popularity soared. She was even said to have dated an ex Vice President. On top of all that there is a lingering rumour of her secret affair with D'Banj, which many have said could lead somewhere. Foluke Daramola
Before then there was also a controversy that Foluke was evicted from her home by her landlord for inability to pay her rent. But most of the scandals about her have been put to rest as the actress has been vindicated. Tayo Odueke (Sikiratu Sindodo)
She was also rumoured to have dated actor and producer, Kunle Afod. Just few months ago, the gist went round town that she was having an affair with younger brother of Kunle Afolayan, Aremu which she has profusely denied. She is presently rumoured to be in a sizzling romance with top Fuji artiste, Malaika. Faithia Balogun
She was once reported to be in sizzling romance with the Director of Corporate Pictures. It was also reported that this almost destroyed the marriage of the top marketer. Vanguard | ||||||||||||||

| Boy Pours Boiling Water On schoolgirl 's Face For Un-friending Him On Facebook! Posted: 05 Jan 2014 08:54 AM PST ![]() A schoolgirl has suffered severe burns after an older boy poured boiling water over her face because she un-friended him on Facebook. The boy broke into the teenage girl's house and locked her and her mother in a room before attacking the girl with a pot of boiling water in the city of Muzaffarpur in northern Bihar, India yesterday. Just weeks before the attack the girl had un-friended him on the social networking site because he starting posting strange comments on her Facebook wall. While he held the mother and daughter captive, he boiled some water in the kitchen then proceeded to pour it over the girl's face. Police have now begun a manhunt for the boy, an intermediate student, who fled the scene. The pair became friends on Facebook about a year ago until early December when he started acting weirdly toward her on social media. The victim, an Indian class eight student, was taken to a local hospital for treatment. In another case of Facebook stalking, earlier this month handyman Jonathon Swift, 32, had his prison sentence for stalking his ex-girlfriend extended after he threatened to kill her in front of a judge. Swift, from Longton in Stoke-on-Trent, subjected Carrie-Ann Lockett, 29, to an eight-month campaign of harassment which saw him steal her clothes and set them on fire, send her hundreds of texts and log onto her Facebook account to look through her messages. The pair had been friends who met at school and struck up a relationship in February last year after they got back in touch through Facebook. | ||||||||||||||

| UNBELIEVABLE!! Human body parts ‘fall from sky’. [PHOTOS] Posted: 05 Jan 2014 08:19 AM PST Human body parts fell from the sky in the city of Jeddah Sunday, with police saying they could be the remains of a person trapped in an airplane's wheel bay. "Police received a telephone call at 2:30 am from a witness reporting the fall of human remains at an intersection in Mushrefa neighbourhood" in the Red Sea city, spokesman Nawaf bin Naser al-Bouq said in a statement. Initial indications were that the remains "fell from a plan's landing gear," said Bouq, adding that investigations were ongoing. In a desperate attempt to cross borders, some people at poorly monitored airports climb inside the bays holding the landing gear of planes. Most of them freeze to death once the aircraft reach cruising altitude, but some survive. In 2010, the head of Beirut's airport security resigned after the death of a man who managed to sneak onto a runway undetected and hide in the wheel bay of a Saudi-bound jet. The man's body was found by a maintenance worker in Riyadh who was inspecting the landing gear of the Saudi-owned Nas Air Airbus 320 after it touched down there. Vanguard | ||||||||||||||

| "I have slept under the bridge" - Ramsey Noah shares his Heart Touching Grass 2 Grace story! Posted: 05 Jan 2014 05:47 AM PST ![]() Celebrities have started sharing their rags to riches story to inspire people who look up to them. In a new interview with Sunday Sun, actor Ramsey Noah recalled the years before the fame and money. "Those were the times when things got really bad for my mother and I and we had nothing. It was so bad that we didn't have a home or shelter to live in. We had to stay in a store, a small store that could take only one mat. My mother and I squeezed ourselves in that mat. We didn't even have a cup to drink water not to talk of a stove to cook. And my mother had to borrow, beg and stuff like that. These were moments when I was young I didn't realize the gravity of poverty we were in, I couldn't tell. But it was a good orientation for me. It was moments that I thank God for making me past through, because that has sustained and helped me even as an actor. The ability to deliver all the roles they give me because I have tasted both sides of the coin." Ramsey said. Tell us about your growing up?My growing up was like tasting the two sides of a coin. When I said tasting the two sides of a coin; I mean tasting being a rich man and a poor man. I grew up with my mother, and with a silver spoon, I had it all. When I began to realize that I had good things to show off, everything disappeared. We started from grace to grass; that has helped me a lot because it totally balanced the equation of life. It gives me confidence in all spheres. For instance, I can hang out with the enlightened or the rich. I can mingle with them very easily without any complication or complex whatsoever. Also, if it is the low class or poor people, I can mingle very easily with them. I can eat a fantastic dinner in a huge, expensive restaurant and I can go eat amala at a buka and I would not feel anything. I don't care being a popular actor or a role model. I am a role model to everybody. Are you saying that fame has not denied you anything in life?It has denied me a few, but it has not denied me being as natural as I want to be. I won't let that happen. It has happened to some of my colleagues. Fame has taken them away from what they wanted to do or be. There was a time I went to a bank to pay my NEPA bill and I was wearing a short and T-shirt, because it was on Monday morning somebody came down and said 'Ramsey Noah, you are a role model, you shouldn't have been wearing this'. I didn't take it likely with him. With all these experiences, what has life taught you?Life has taught me never to look down on anybody because the person you disregard might just be your saviour tomorrow. I realized that all my mother's property was washed away by rain. We couldn't sleep all through the night because of the flood. It was really terrible. Like I said, it is a life lesson. Is there anything that can make you cry or shed tears after all you passed through?Yeah, those moments; those terrible moments when we had nothing and we were living off people. People were just helping us out. There were times we didn't have food to eat three or four days. You haven't eaten and your stomach is rumbling but you don't have any place to go. There was a time I lived on the street, in shops. There was a time I slept under the bridge. It was unfortunate that there were no records so that we can have memories we could play back now. To me, I am so extremely grateful that I went through it. At that time I hated everybody around me. In fact, I used to question why God was doing this to me. But I think God knew that I needed this for my future. | ||||||||||||||
| HUGE Crocodile caught in Lagos Posh Estate! [PHOTO] Posted: 05 Jan 2014 05:44 AM PST It is rare to find wild animals roaming free in neighbourhoods, so Omole estate in Lagos was recently thrown into a state of excitement when a crocodile was caught in the gated neighbourhood. The animal, which residents described as "very large", became a spectacle at one of the gates to the estate, on Sunday, December 22, 2013. For residents not used to seeing wild animals lurking in their neighbourhoods, the sight was unexpected. The animal had earlier been caught by the estate's security operatives around 2am on Omotunde Akinsola Street, by Today's Car, after it strayed from a swampland at one end of the neighbourhood. Three bullets shot at the animal did not kill it. So the initial buzz of excitement generated by the incident soon turned to apprehension for residents. Some of them described the crocodile which was over six feet long, as frightening. A resident living by the swamp where the animal was caught, who identified herself as Ogechi, said she heard three gunshots that morning, and had thought they were meant to scare away robbers. "Now, there is a general fear in the area caused by the incident. It's amazing finding such a wild animal around where people are living; I think it's very dangerous because a crocodile should not be going about in a neighbourhood," she said. "I heard three shots around 2am and I thought maybe there were robbers around. I didn't know an animal was being shot." For Ogechi, however, her lifestyle was bound to change as a result of the incident. "I will be more watchful because of the incident and even stop going out in the night," she added. Another resident, Aanu Oladapo, feared that there were more dangerous animals where the suspected crocodile had come out from. Oladapo said he had heard stories that wild animals paraded around the swampy area in the estate, but had not believed until the recent incident. "I'd heard that such animals sometimes come out from the swamp but I never believed until now. I saw the crocodile live myself and it was really too big to be roaming a residential neighbourhood," he said with a measure of concern. Although, Garba Umaru, who works as a private security guard in the neighbourhood, had no cause to fear for himself. Considering his profession, Umaru was confident that he could take care of himself. However, Umaru's confident stance and voice seemed to waver with emotion as he spoke about his five young children. Umaru, who put his "help in God", said "big crocodiles can swallow a person, so my children's safety is in God's hands." Indeed, there have been concerns raised by construction workers about the threat of wildlife to the community. The workers often sight wild animals in the community since they usually lead forays into new development sites. A construction worker working on a new building by the swamp, Shedraq Benson, said workers often see the wildlife or their imprints on marshy grounds. Benson said he often sees imprints of crawling snakes and reptiles on marshlands that had just been cleared for the start of building development. He said, "Sometimes, we see large snakes and crocodiles. Once, I saw the imprint of a very large snake. By the marks left on the ground, I could see that a large snake which was more than a foot in width had just crawled on the ground. I was afraid to work on the site that day for fear of meeting it face to face." Benson added that he had also once seen a bigger reptile than the one recently caught by security operatives in the neighbourhood. "Two of us saw the crocodile, but our machetes could not cut it at all. So we went to see if we could get a gun but it had gone by the time we got back," Benson said. Benson's work partner, Pius Okere, killed a crocodile that also strayed from the swamp in 2012. However, Okere said the crocodile was small. "The ones we're killing are not the big ones; they are probably the kids. The big ones are still inside the swamp," he said. Meanwhile, the two security operatives who captured the crocodile have been made local heroes by their deed, even though their deed is what animal rights activists would look at with dismay. One of the security operatives, Abu Alli, said he shot the animal three times after being notified by his colleague, identified as Itoro. Recounting the incident, Alli said, "My colleague sighted the crocodile moving inside a residence, but he didn't have a gun. He managed to divert the animal's movement into a drainage, where it got stuck because it was too big. "So he came to call me and when I got there, I shot it three times. I'm sure that one of the bullets hit it in the head, but it didn't die. We later tied a rope round its leg and drew it to the estate gate, where residents had a view of it in daylight. The incident happened at about 2am and by noon, someone bought it from us for N20,000. The animal was still alive when we sold it." However, Alli said he had been surprised by his newfound popularity status in the neighbourhood since the incident, adding that security personnel had to be more vigilant in future. "It surprised me that everyone has been talking about the incident. But I don't think we did anything wrong by shooting the crocodile because it could have wounded somebody. I'm glad it didn't attack anyone, so what we did was justified." PunchNg |
