Check-Out What a Kid Did to his Mum After Arsenal Striker, Scored In Last Match! [PHOTOS]

Posted: 08 Dec 2013 02:45 PM PST

This kind of bet is funnier and better than putting up a whole house and having your family members thrown out. So this acidic Nicklas Bendtner hater promised "tooth-pasting" his mum's eyebrows whilst she's asleep if Bendtner scored twice during Arsenal's clash against Hull.
He posted that on twitter.
And guess what, the striker proved him wrong. Trust football fans (mostly Arsenal fans) to call him out.

You could tell the pain in Mitch Gordon's tweet. "A PICTURE WILL BE UP WHEN SHE IS SLEEPING OKAY ITS ONLY 8 GIVE ME CHANCE". He wrote this after he posted the picture, "As promised, fuck you Bendtner".

Can't imagine the look on his mum's face when she checked the mirror the Next morning.

INCREDIBLE!! Python Caught On Camera Vomiting A Dog After Swallowing it! [PHOTOS

Posted: 08 Dec 2013 11:42 AM PST

A massive python was spotted coughing up a dog it devoured on the streets of Bangkok.
A cellphone video of the grisly regurgitation shows the snake stretch its huge jaw out wide and back up until the canine is completely out of its system, reported Nine News.

"The video tells me that the python was being stressed — like someone was poking at it — because the python will have a much more difficult time defending itself if it has a huge meal in it," reptile expert and conservationist Jim Nesci told the Daily News.
The harrowing clip was posted to YouTube and LiveLeak, where it garnered more than 100,000 views.
But Nesci suspected that the incident may have been filmed by someone familiar with the snakes.
Nesci said that the python reticulatus is very common in southeastern Asia, and he found it peculiar that someone happened to have a snake pole ready to go.

"If you look at the one part (toward the end of the clip), that guy has a noose that he uses," Nesci said. "It tells me that they knew right away that the snake was going to yak up the dog."
The only reason other than stress that a python would regurgitate its meal would be if it had digestion trouble, Nesci explained.
"In nature, predators are very opportunistic and will eat whatever they can at the time because they don't know when they can eat next."

Drogba and Eboue facing Fines for Paying Tributes to Nelson Mandela In Turkey!

Posted: 08 Dec 2013 11:03 AM PST

Tribute: Didier Drogba wearing a vest paying respect to Nelson Mandela after Galatasaray played Elazigspor
Culled From DailyMail

Didier Drogba and Emmanuel Eboue face fines from the Turkish FA after displaying vests bearing tributes to Nelson Mandela.
The two Ivory Coast internationals unveiled their personal messages after Galatasaray's game against Elazigspor on Friday, their first game after the death of South African icon Mandela.
Chelsea legend Drogba peeled off his shirt at the 2-0 win to reveal a tribute which said: 'Thank you Madiba' and former Arsenal defender Eboue's vest said: 'Rest in Peace Nelson Mandela'.

The Turkish FA (TFF) are planning to summon the Galatasaray pair to appear before the Professional Football Discipline Committee because they had not sought prior permission to display their messages.
It is in contrast to England where games this weekend have been preceded by a minute of applause in celebration of Mandela's life and his role in ending apartheid in South Africa and transforming the international profile of Africa.

Plans to discipline Drogba and Eboue are certain to attract criticism and fuel debate in Turkey, where the TFF are trying to keep political imagery out of football as directed by FIFA, although it has proved increasingly difficult in a football-crazy nation beset by political tension.
Players from Fethiyespor were recently charged by the disciplinary committee for wearing t-shirts reading: 'Great Ataturk' in homage of the founder of modern Turkey.
Message: Emmanuel Eboue could face a fine from the Turkish FA for wearing this Mandela tribute vest

The TFF claimed the gesture had brought politics into football but the decision was criticised by sports minister Suat Kilic, who warned against 'divisive decisions'.
Others have remarked on the fact that players who celebrate goals with the Rabia sign, the four-fingered salute which has become the symbol of the Muslim brotherhood, born out of resistance to the military coup in Egypt.
Emre Belozoglu, the former Newcastle midfielder now playing for Fenerbahce, is among those who have celebrated goals this season with a Rabia sign.

Nollywood Actress Kate Henshaw Found New Love!

Posted: 08 Dec 2013 10:14 AM PST

It would seem like Nollywood actress, Kate Henshaw, has found love again, but this time, with a contestant on the currently touring talent show, Nigeria's Got Talent. Kate who is a judge on the show found love in the lyrics and performance of a contestant from the city of Benin, during the regional auditions.
The singer, who performed a love song with his guitar, dedicated some lyrics in his composition to the ever-glowing judge. "It is a pity you have a girlfriend, I would have just taken you after that performance," said a blushing Kate.
Still on the hunt for budding talents, judge of the show, Yibo Koko was provoked to perform by his fellow colleague, Kate Henshaw after a contestant put up a show with the aid of a saxophone.
It seems as though it isn't only contestants that are after the fame that comes with the franchise as well as the N10 million naira at stake. In the next episode of Nigeria's Got Talent billed to air on Sunday, Koko will be seen displaying his natural talent of producing melodious sounds with his fingers.
"I can do many things with my fingers including playing the sax," said the proud judge.

TOO BAD! Nigerian defender Sam Sodje filmed 'Boasting He fix matches for betting fraudsters'

Posted: 08 Dec 2013 09:51 AM PST

Award winner: Sodje with his Evening Standard Footballer of the Month winner for February 2005

An ex-Premier League footballer faces arrest after he was filmed bragging that he can arrange for professional footballers to get yellow cards or even sent off in return for cash.
Sam Sodje, who played for Portsmouth and also in the top flight at Reading, says he can guarantee certain events in play in return for money.
In the video, 34-year-old Nigerian defender Sodje brags that he can arrange for a player to get themselves booked for a £30,000 pay-out.
Fraudsters can capitalise on this through in-game betting, where they put large bets on incidents like red and yellow cards, penalties and even corner kicks.
In the video recorded by an undercover reporter from the Sun on Sunday, Sodje claims he fixed it for an ex-Premier League player, who now plays in the Championship, to get a yellow card and can even organise similar such events in Premier League games - for a much greater price because of the huge fines for players at that level.
He even boasted he can get arrange for African players to influence what happens in World Cup games, claiming some players could be easily tempted to fix because they do not get paid as much to represent their national teams.
He added that it was child's play for a player to get a yellow card, as they are so common no one suspects anything is amiss and the player can continue playing afterwards.
He said: 'This guy came to meet me at my house and it was sorted. That's how easy it is - it's nothing.'
Now police are investigating after the Sun on Sunday handed over information on Sodje, gathered over a period of four months by an undercover reporter posing as a middleman for a betting syndicate based in the Far East.
Sodje and his brother Stephen claim they can even get players sent off - an event which can cripple a team's chances in a game - for between £50,000 and £70,000.
He even said he could set up a bet an entire week before a game, while his warned the reporter not to pay one player rumoured to be involved in fixing matches because the sportsman was already under scrutiny.
Sodje spoke of a meeting a Premiership player in a Manchester hotel room, as well as at the home of another to discuss a potential fix.
The footage also shows him admitting punching an opponent in the groin to get sent off for a £70,000 pay-out.
While playing for Portsmouth, Sodje punched Oldham Athletic's Jose Baxter twice in the game, which took place in February.
Sodje also boasted that having pocketed £70,000 from the gambling ring, even after his £10,000 fine he was still £60,000 better off.
He said: 'Do you know how much I got fined? I got fined ten grand and I missed six games.'
He said he had to launch the bizarre attack, which his then-manager at Portsmouth, Guy Whittingham, described as 'inexcusable', as the referee had not been booking him for tacking.
Spotting his chance after a tackle by Baxter, Sodje ran up to his opponent and punched him in the crotch - to the shock of spectators.
The reporters also claim to have met with Cristian Montano, who was alledgedly supposed to get booked in a game against Wolverhampton Wanderers in the first half - but failed.

The 21-year-old Colombian reportedly claims he was  'hacking' opposition players and even swore at the ref but did not get carded, offering to fix another game to make amends.
Sodje had called former Notts County teammate Montano to a hotel to explain himself.
The fixer showed the reporter text messages from Montano explaining that he had dived for penalties and pulled other players' shirts, only to receive just one booking - for a clean tackle.
Sodje also claimed that another of his brother's Akpo, 33, who plays for Tranmere Rovers in League One, would get booked in each of his next six games in exchange for cash.
He said that the brothers were trying to prepare for a life after football.
The National Crime Agency (NCA) confirmed it was investigating the claims.
In a statement the agency said: 'The NCA can confirm that the Sun on Sunday has passed material from its own investigation to the National Crime Agency.

'An active NCA investigation is now under way and we are working closely with the Football Association and the Gambling Commission. We cannot comment further at this stage.'
The news comes as two Conference South (the sixth tier of the English league) footballers were charged in connection with match-fixing allegations and sacked by their club, following a separate investigation by the NCA.
Michael Boateng and Hakeem Adelakun, both 22, were charged this week with conspiracy to defraud contrary to common law.
The NCA said the Crown Prosecution Service's organised crime division was satisfied that it was in the public interest to authorise the charges.
Boateng and Adelakun's club, Whitehawk FC in Brighton, said the pair have now been 'dismissed with immediate effect' following an emergency board meeting.
It is thought that illegal betting syndicates are worth £320billion worldwide, with the practice on the rise because of the growing popularity of gambling during games, and the ease of in-play betting.
A large proportion of the money is generated in Asia, where gambling is largely unregulated, as opposed to Europe.
Speaking about the latest reports, Football League chief executive Shaun Harvey said: 'We treat any allegations of criminal activity in our competitions with the utmost seriousness.
'Given that there is an ongoing police investigation into this matter, we cannot comment further at this time. Although, we would encourage anyone with any evidence to report it to the police.
'We will be giving our full assistance to the police during their investigation.'
A spokesman from the Football Association said: 'The FA is aware of the National Crime Agency investigation and is working closely with the NCA and other authorities. We will make no further comment at this time.'
A Gambling Commission spokesman said: 'The Gambling Commission has responded quickly in supporting this ongoing National Crime Agency investigation and continues to liaise with both the NCA and the Football Association.'

Rivers State Has The Highest HIV/AIDS Rate In Nigeria– FG

Posted: 08 Dec 2013 09:15 AM PST

Minister of Health, Professor Onyebuchi Chukwu

The Federal Government has released the 2012 National HIV/AIDS and Reproductive Health Survey-Plus which indicates that Nigeria now has HIV prevalence rate of 3.4 per cent.

The annual survey, which was conducted to monitor the HIV/AIDS epidemic among the country's population, also monitors other sexual and reproductive health indicators.

Rivers State is leading other states of the country with a prevalence rate of 15.2 per cent.

The Minister of Health, Onyebuchi Chukwu, who was represented by the Permanent Secretary of the ministry, Mr. Sani Bala, at the national dissemination of the findings of the survey in Abuja on Thursday, said the results from the survey was a reflection  of the efforts  by the Federal Government in the fight against HIV/AIDS in the country.

The survey indicated that, "Compared with the 3.6 per cent in 2007, about 3.4 per cent of Nigerians are currently living with HIV/AIDS,  with 3.2 per cent in urban and 3.6 per cent in the rural areas; 2.9 per cent among young people aged 15-19 years."

Taraba State ranked second with a prevalence rate of 10.5 per cent, followed by Kaduna State with 9.2 per cent; Nasarawa state, 8.1 per cent and the Federal Capital Territory with 7.5 per cent.

Ekiti State, however, has the lowest prevalence rate of 0.2 per cent; Zamfara State, 0.4 per cent; Bauchi State, 0.6 per cent; and Ogun State, 0.6 per cent.

The Rivers State government however expressed doubts over the statistics

Speaking to journalists, the Technical Assistant to the Rivers State Commissioner for Health, Dr. Nyemenim Michael said, "Rivers state has had a prevalence rate of 3.1per cent but today, we are seeing a prevalence rate of 15.2 per cent. We are terribly worried and alarmed by these figures. This is because, to the best of our knowledge, these figures do not reflect the true health position. Not from our hospital services, not from activities we have in our outreach programmes."

Meanwhile, the Integrated Biological and Behavioural Surveillance Survey has said the HIV/AIDS prevalence rate among the rank and file of the Nigeria Police is now below the national average.

The IBBS showed that the rate dropped to 2.6 per cent in 2010, compared to 3.5 per cent in 2007.

The National Coordinator, Police Action Committee on AIDS, Dr. Grace Okudo, a Commissioner of Police, disclosed this in interview with journalists on Friday in Abuja.

She said, "We are proud to tell you that the efforts by the Nigeria Police Force to keep its rank and file free from HIV/AIDS are yielding fruits. The HIV prevalence in the Nigeria Police was 3.5 per cent in 2007. But because of our consistent efforts, it reduced to 2.6 per cent in the 2010, which is far below the national average."

'Many men can’t handle fame, they’re scared of celebrities..tattoos are my private life' - Karen Igho!

Posted: 08 Dec 2013 08:50 AM PST

Model and ex-Big Brother Africa winner, Karen Igho tells Punch about her fashion and style

Do you wear your natural hair at all?

I'd rather rock my natural hair than weaves . Natural hair is easier to maintain than weaves and it is more convenient.

But do you have a favourite hairstyle?

I love braiding my hair. Braids are versatile and can be packed or styled in different ways. It's also cheaper than weaves and easier to maintain.  There is no stress to it at all. There are no bad hair days with braids. I can roll out of the bed and go out with my braids without doing anything to it. That is impossible with weaves.

Does it cost you so much to braid your hair?

It depends on the hair style and the hairdresser. Braids don't cost as much as weaves. I won't put a price to it but I spend enough to look good. No ridiculous amounts though because I don't wear any hairstyle for long.

How often do you visit a salon?

I visit the salon every week. The nature of my job as a showbiz personality does not give me the luxury of keeping hair for any time longer than a week.

How long does it take to make your hair?

It depends on whether it's braids or weaves. Weave is a maximum of two hours but braids can take as long as a whole day, depending on the length.

Do you feel incomplete without your make-up on?

I love looking natural. I always prefer natural look or light make-up over the heavy ones. I can do with or without makeup. I don't feel like anything is missing without it.

You really love tattoos.

Yes I'm a tattoo lover and I have a number of them.

Do you think they are fashionable and do they have a meaning?

As I said earlier, I have a number of tattoos, so I must think highly of them. Yes they have meanings. Meanings I won't go into because my tattoos are my private life.

Do you patronise Nigerian designers?

I buy both foreign and Nigerian labels. I don't favour any over the other. It all depends on the occasion and the designs readily available at the time the need arises for them. And then again, our Nigerian designers are very talented and have taken fashion to a whole new level. A lot of our Nigerian designers are now recognised at international level and make clothes of the same quality. So, why won't I patronise them? I am a proudly Nigerian babe and I always identify with my own.

To you, is there a clear cut difference between fashion and style?

I believe your style is your fashion. It all depends on how you combine the things you want to wear and matching the right colours and outfits for the right occasion. As for me, I always ensure I wear the dresses; the dresses don't wear me.

What influences your fashion trend?

I really don't know.  I honestly don't have anything I can pinpoint as an influence on my fashion trend. I know I love the good things of life and also quality things.

What is that fashion item you can't leave home without and how did you come about it?

There's nothing I can't leave home without. I don't have any 'must have on' fashion item, not even a make-up item. I never attach unnecessary importance to any item. Won't I go out if I don't have the item available in an emergency?

What's the most expensive item you own and how much did it cost?

My most expensive possession has to be my house. Of course, I won't say the price it costs but that is the most expensive item I have.

Do you have a fashion weakness?

Shoes! Shoes! Shoes and more shoes! I can never have enough shoes. I have a strong weakness for shoes. I own lots of shoes, a whole lot. My whole house is filled with shoes. I've even lost count of the number of shoes I own.

How is it competing with men in the industry?

Competing? With who? Why? See, the industry is big enough for everyone, so there is no need for any form of competition or rivalry. There is enough space for both men and women. But after all is said and done, staying relevant so far has been God.

Would you say your celebrity status scares men away from you?

It attracts and it scares men away too. It scares some because not every man can handle or understand fame. It takes a strong and understanding man to be able to be with a female celebrity. The attracting aspect comes from when they just want to be with you because they want to be able to say 'I've been with Karen Igho.' It takes God's grace to be able to sift the chaff from the wheat.

Are you in a relationship?

I'm not in any relationship at the moment because I need to concentrate on building my career. I have a lot ahead of me. Love is unpredictable though; if my man comes along the way, then it is all well and good.

What do you admire in a man?

Confidence. If a man is decked up from head to toe in a designer label but lacks confidence, then he is lacking the most important fashion accessory of them all. Arrogance should not be confused for confidence though. There's a very thin line and it should not be crossed.

What is your take on cleavage exposure and ladies wearing skimpy and tight dresses?

Whatever rocks anybody's boat; anything that makes anyone happy, the person should go for it. Who am I to judge? So far they feel comfortable in the dress and they are rocking the dress properly, that is okay for them.

You recently became a British citizen, how did it happen?

Yes I did. I lived in the UK for ten years and fulfilled all other necessary requirements to make me a British citizen and I did become one.

Do you intend to leave Nigeria for UK in the near future?

No. I'm still a Nigerian citizen. I'll forever be a Nigerian. I have Nigerian blood flowing through my veins. I still have my Nigerian passport. Nigeria is my home anytime any day, no matter how far I travel, where I travel to, how long I'm gone for, I always yearn to come back to my fatherland.

What are the challenges you face while building your brand?

It has not been easy but I thank God. We Nigerians find it easy to believe everything we hear about celebrities and some of these false stories can put a dent in anyone's image or brand. So staying afloat of the scandals and different stories has been by the grace of God.

What are you currently working on?

I've been going from one set to another, shooting different movies. Also, the shoot for my reality television show will soon start. I also have a charity event I'm working on.

'What a Director did to me at a Movie location'- Fast-Rising Yoruba actress Laitan Ogungbile(Suga) Reveals..

Posted: 08 Dec 2013 01:03 PM PST

Laitan Ogungbile, otherwise known as Suga, is a fast-rising yoruba actress who loves her job passionately and believes her talent will help her to rise to the top of her game, as she continues to grow. The Osun State-born actress speaks with TRIBUNE about her rising career in this interactive session.

As an actress, how many films have you taken part in?

I can't really say because I have lost count.

When did you start acting?

I started acting precisely in the year 2008 and I have featured in countless movies till date. To mention few, I was in Suga by Sunny Alli, Oko ni mofe by Sunny Alli as well, Iyo Aye by Muyiwa Ademola and others that I cannot mention now.

Are you mentioning these ones because they were remarkable?

No, It has nothing to do with that. These are the ones I could remember, but you will have to pardon me on those I couldn't remember because I have actually lost count. Talking about the ones I produced myself, I produced Aremo ife, Fimidara ire and others. I really cannot remember all the movies as we speak now.

Which of these movies was most challenging?

I have played the lead role in many movies. I played the lead role in Suga, Oko ni Mofe, Aremo Ife, Fimidara Ire, Amaka, Ife Oju and so on.

Would you say you have fully arrived, judging by the number of movies you have produced and featured in?

I am not the type that likes to talk about achievements. I just want to focus on my job and do it to the best of my ability. I am enjoying the dimension my career is going at the moment and I give glory to God for the opportunity He has given me so far to be able prove myself in the midst of many daunting challenges. So, let's just continue to work hard and leave everything to God. I know my fans are yet to see the best of me.

So, how would you describe yourself?

I am just a normal girl who believes in working hard and doing her job diligently and delightfully. This is one thing I know how to do best and I will continue to do it as long as God permits. Only God knows where He is taking me and I know that He will see me through. I will leave the rest to my fans out there to say what they think about my person. I am still striving very hard to push my self to that level where I won't have to stress myself to much to get what I want.

How did you begin your acting career?

It all started in 2008. I started with Muyiwa Ademola through an uncle of mine, Wale Dada. He is a radio presenter in Abeokuta, Ogun State. I told him that I was interested in acting and he said he would introduce me to his friend, Muyiwa Ademola. Eventually, he took me to him and  he accepted me. That was how the journey started. Though, it was tough when I started, now I give glory to God for His mercy. Things have started taking shape properly.

What job would you have done if you are not an actress?

Seriously, I have always loved acting. Though, I studied Botany at Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, Osun State, I wasn't that crazy about the course, neither do I want to work with my certificate. I have always loved to be an actress.

Who would you choose as your role model in the movie industry?

In the Yoruba movie industry, I will say Muyiwa Ademola, Ayo Adesanya and Sunny Alli are my role models. I watch the way they act, react when it comes to the issue of money. In fact, whenever I had issues in the movie industry, those  are the people I discuss with.   In the English-speaking movie, I like Joke Silva and Bimbo Akintola. I like the way they act and interprete their roles in movies. They are my role models as well.

It is believed that in the Nigerian movie industry, when you are out on location, many things happen like exchange of s*x for roles. How would you react to this?

To me, it's not a do-or-die affair. If anybody believes he has to sleep with you before giving you a role, you have the right to accept or reject such offer. I have gone through many experiences but I have never experienced such. If I like you, fine, I can date you.

You talked about going through many experiences, how did you handle such situations?

Like the one that happened a long time ago, though it was an English-speaking movie, I met with the woman who was to act as my mother while Kola Oyewo was to be my father. At the last stage of the movie, people really appreciated me for the way I interpreted the role, they were so excited about my talent but suddenly, the director of the movie came and demanded for s*x. I cried and called Uncle Muyiwa Ademola, he told me to be calm and prayerful. I told Ayo Adesanya and Sunny Alli too. Initially, I thought it was a joke because we had almost concluded the movie and in fact, the costumier had called me to come for the last costume of the last set, but to my astonishment, the director was very resolute about his devilish plans and insisted that if couldn't sleep with him, I should go home.

How much will you take if you are asked to go nak*d in a movie?

That thought has never crossed my mind for a day. The truth is that no matter the price, I can never do such. I can never expose myself because of money. That's outrageous. I am not desperate.

Why can't you do it?

I'm from a well-cultured home where such an act is highly condemnable.

You have been in the industry for about five years now, where do you  think you are going to be in the next 10 years?

Nobody knows what tomorrow will bring. I am hoping and looking up to God for a brighter future. But I wish that in the next 10 years, I would have become a famous, respected and honoured  actress. Not only in the Nollywood, I would like to have raised my game beyond the shores of this country and become an ambassador of arts anywhere I go.

You have worked with most directors, which one will you say is the most outstanding?

I love working with Muyiwa Ademola. He is so cool and calm unlike some directors who are fond of shouting, screaming and so on.

Your own film that you have produced, how successful were they financially?

They were not that financially rewarding because of so many factors affecting the industry. Chief among those problems is piracy. We have been battling with piracy for a very long time. But nothing appears to have been done to check the perpetrators of this devilish act. I know things are beginning to take shape for my career, with or without piracy, I will continue to produce quality movies for my fans. I am loving every moment of my stay in the industry. I don't see anything stopping me.

Scene of the the accident
The accident involving a NNPC  tanker with number plate XG 321 MKA, a cargo truck and two saloon cars happened at about 4: 45pm on Saturday, close to the Otedola bridge, Alausa, on Lagos/Ibadan Expressway.
Our reporter who witnessed the accident said the NNPC truck, while descending the slop from Alausa at top speed, could not hold its break. It then ran into the first car and squashed the second one against the cargo truck.
The bride and her husband were said to have jumped out of their car.
When our reporter got to the scene of the accident, the groom was no where in sight. The groom's elder sister who spoke to our reporter while cuddling her baby explained that they were just coming from the wedding reception of the couple.

She was seen kneeling down and thanking God for their escape but refused to give the name of the couple.
The fire coming out of the truck was put out by sympathizers as the tanker was carrying petroleum product.
The accident also resulted in gridlock which was controlled by men of the Federal Road Safety Corps.

'I can never be caught Sagging..Clothes that shows Ladies Curves drives me Crazy' – Sheyman Reveals!

Music artiste, Ademoye Oluseyi, popularly known as Sheyman talks fashion with PUNCH

What do you love wearing?

Dressing casually works for me. It makes me feel more comfortable. I am more on tee-shirt, jeans and fez-cap. It makes me feel young. Most of the time, I like wearing casual because I am more comfortable in them. However, when I have to attend events, I would have to dress in such a way that would suit the occasion. Basically, that is the way I feel.

What clothes would you never be caught wearing?

I doubt if I would ever be seen wearing agbada. I really don't like the attire but I know at some point in my life, I might have to wear it. The attire creates so much stress; it is as if one is carrying overload. For me, I don't see myself wearing it. In fact, I would do my normal native wear. I also cannot wear skinny jeans or leggings for men. I am a man, I cannot be doing that.

Do you have any attire or fashion accessory in your closet that fetches you compliments from people anytime you wear it?

Most of the time, when a clothe fits you perfectly and the colour combination is good, that is when you wow people. When it happens, I tend to maintain that style for a while because it works well for me. It makes me outstanding. I have a couple of those types of dresses but by the time you wear them once or maybe the second time, you would not want to wear them because you have to keep wearing different attires at different times as an entertainer.

Celebrities complain that because of their status, they are compelled to spend lots of money on their wardrobe. Do you have that same complaint?

I believe you have to weigh your options. Draw out your scale of preference. Regardless, lifestyle is part of our job. It has to do with how good looking you are. Your dress sense is like a perception of you, how people see you. It is just like you are saving towards a video, you have to save towards buying new clothes because it makes you look good. It is really demanding I must say because most of the time you cannot wear one clothe to two events. Once you are done wearing that, it is either you give it out or you turn it to a house clothe. You know how many events we go to, so you just have to keep buying.

To you, is there a clear cut difference between fashion and style?

Fashion is part of style. It is a part of lifestyle. It is almost the same thing, more like one atom of lifestyle. Fashion is a necessity, you need to look good especially in this business, fashion is key.

What is your fashion weakness when it comes to shopping?

I am not really a freak for a particular item but the moment I notice I have worn virtually all the clothes in my wardrobe, I just go out to shop. That is how I do my thing. Once I notice that I have rocked all that is in my closet, it means I need to go shopping. Ordinarily, I am not the kind of person that shops impromptu. However, there is this new cologne I am in love with, the new cologne by Jay-Z, Gold. I ordered like a carton of it because I want to feel that boss smell. I want to feel that 'bossy-sensation.'

What is the most expensive fashion item you own?

I would say it is my gold chain. I bought it for £2,700 in London some few months ago. I was in London in July. I did not want to buy it initially because it was pricey but I was in love with it so I just went for it. I plan to go to Dubai to get a customised chain with my name on it. Some say it is investment, I say it is a way to tie some money down. It really is not an investment.

What is that fashion item you admire on a woman?

For me, as far as a girl looks very attractive, beautiful and clean, I am okay. Also if she knows how to combine what she is wearing, then she has my attention. You just need to look cool and presentable. Most of the time, I like it when a clothe clings to a woman's body, the tight, body-fitted dresses. Clothes that would show the lady's curves, that drives me crazy.

When stepping out, what do you consider?

I put everything into consideration especially my accessories. From my chain to my belt, wrist-watch, shoes. You could wear a shirt and jeans as far as they are clean but friends may want to look at the kind of watch you are wearing just to show that you are there.

You have been in the industry for a while, what is your take on young artistes sagging their trousers and showing off their expensive jewellery especially on the social media?

That sagging part, for me, I don't have problems with anyone sagging as long as you feel good doing it and you are wearing clean underwear. Personally,  I would not sag, I would not want to be too loud, I just want to keep it cool, mature and simple. Then again, flashing my jewellery is not part of the music I am putting out. If I need to flash my gold chains and all, I will. As a person, I don't wear my flashy chains regularly. You know, one chain can buy all what a person is wearing, head to toe.

While growing up, did you see yourself as being fashionable?

No I did not. I was just one little kid that wanted to know what was going on in a radio set or television. I was just too inquisitive about what made it work and made the sound. That was what brought me into music, enjoying sounds.

Who used to shop for you?

Growing up was fun. My father used to cater for all these things and most of my family was abroad so anytime they came visiting, they bought a lot of things for me. Due to that, my room was always littered with clothes, toys, shoes and every other thing.
