| SHOCKER!! 28-Yr-Old Man Pours Hot water on Ex-lover! Posted: 13 Nov 2013 08:42 AM PST  A 28-yr old man, Adenuga Adesanmi, on Wednesday appeared before a Chief Magistrates' Court in Badagry for allegedly pouring hot water on his ex-lover, one Miss Uzoamaka Nwogbo. The accused, who resides at No. 15, Zoglo Way, Badagry, is facing a one-count charge of assault. The prosecutor, Insp. Innocent Uko, told the court that the accused committed the offence at about 8 p.m. on Sept. 26, at No. 7, Debo Close, Ilogbo, Badagry. Uko said that the accused, who worked as a cleaner in the area and his ex-lover were arguing over a certain matter when he allegedly went to the kitchen, got a pot of hot water and poured it on her. He said that the offences contravened the Criminal Code but the accused pleaded not guilty to the charge. Mr Folabi Dosu, Counsel to the accused, pleaded with the court to grant bail to his client to allow ongoing police investigation in the matter to be concluded. Dosu gave assurance that his client would not jump bail, adding that they would cooperate with all the parties involved in the case. The Chief Magistrate, Mr Abiodun Etti, admitted the accused to bail in the sum of N100, 000 with one surety in like sum. He ordered that the surety must present an evidence of tax payment and adjourned the case to Nov. 25. NAN  |

Speaking to TMZ, the hip hop star, who is a said to have five wives, claimed that the idea of a man staying faithful to one woman all his life was unrealistic as no woman could satisfy a man's every need. According to the 40-year-old Muslim, men need to be with multiple woman while women a were not made to mate with more than one partner. "The average guy in the world has a main girl and they got a side chick. And then they got a jumpoff. At the end of the day as a male we are natural breeders by nature. We can't even escape it if we wanted to," he said. "Men are put on this earth to breed and the reason why God put multiple women on this earth is for that." The Smack That Hitmaker went on to claim that the pressures of being in a monogamous relationship had a negative effect on society. He added: "As humans, women need to take more time to understand men. If they can do that I think things will work out better for us." Akon went on to claim that finding your soulmate was not enough reason to stay committed as it was unlikely she would be able to satisfy your needs. "You find that one woman that supplies everything that you desire in a woman, of course that will be a motivation to stick with that one woman, but I don't know one woman that can satisfy a man's every need. | SAD NEWS:CEO of Kennis Music, Kenny Ogungbe Mother Dies!! Posted: 13 Nov 2013 04:08 AM PST  Managing Director of Radio Services, Daar Communications, Kenny Ogungbe, lost his mother yesterday evening. Otunba Letticia Onojoke, aged 80, died in Abuja yesterday, in the arms of one of her children. Her death was confirmed on Tuesday evening. Last year, Otunba Ogungbe featured alongside other mothers of celebrities in Soaraway TV reality show, Supermom, where she shared her experience of raising her children with her later husband. Marriage, according to the late matriarch of the Ogungbe's family, was a mixed bag of experience. Otunba Letticia Onojoke Ogungbe, a devout Christian and a committed Methodist is survived by children and grandchildren including her first born, accomplished banker and entrepreneur, Chief Mrs.Moji Dokpesi, wife of High Chief Raymond Aleogho Dokpesi, the Founder and Chairman, African Independent Television (AIT), ace broadcaster and music label executive, Kenny Ogungbe and his twin brother, Taiwo, popular TV personality, Idowu Ogungbe, label executive and artiste manager, Taiye Ogungbe, aka King Shaka and gospel music sensation, Kenny Saint Best. Burial arrangements will be announced by the family.  |
