Almost six weeks after their abduction, the military has located where the female students of Government Girls' Secondary School, Chibok, are.
This was disclosed on Monday by the Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), Air Marshal Alex Badeh while discussing with members of the Citizens Initiative for Security Awareness outside the Defence Headquarters, Abuja.
The CDS however said the military has refused to employ force to release the girls so that they would not be killed by their abductors.
"We want our girls back, we want our girls back; we can do it, our military can do it but where they are held, can we go with force?
"If we go with force, what will happen? (they will kill them). So nobody should come and say the Nigerian military does not know what it is doing. We know what we are doing, we can't go and kill our girls in the name of trying to get them back. So we are working.
"The good news for the girls is that we know where they are but we cannot tell you, we cannot come and tell you military secrets here. Just leave us alone, we are working, we would get the girls back." The week prior to the fight footage becoming public, Solange's music sales hovered around 600 downloads but the week after the video leak, it surged to over 2000. Now it's nearing 3000 downloads

Controversial Islamic scholar and leader of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria popularly called Shiite Muslim group, Sheikh Ibrahim El-Zakzaky has alleged that the leader of the Boko Haram insurgents, Abubakar Shekau was being shielded by the Nigerian military.
Zakzaky who spoke at the Movement's 2014 Martyr day in Zaria on Sunday also alleged that the Boko Haram activities were part of covert operation by the developed nations to balkanize Nigeria and plunder its resources.
While claiming he knows the hide out of the nation's most wanted man, Zakzaky said: "Abubakar Shekau is presently being kept safe in a military camp. Let no one be fooled, there is nothing like Boko Haram. It is a covert operation to balkanize Nigeria and steals its resources in the name of search of Boko Haram insurgents. If you can fool others, we cannot be fooled.
"They have realised that there is gold in Zamfara and Zaria, Birnin-Gwari, gold and platinum in Sokoto and Borno. They did it in Iraq, as they went in search of weapons of mass destruction which they never found but plunged the country in chaos.
"The same thing was experimented in Afghanistan before our eyes. The Western countries are experimenting the second phase of scramble for Africa with great expectations from Nigeria.
"The U.S. and Israel see the Islamic Movement in Nigeria as the greatest threat to achieving their sinister objective, hence the constant clampdown attempt and arrest of our members."
While alleging victimization of its members by the Nigerian authorities, he asked for the immediate release of two of its members Haruna Abbas and Ibrahim Hussain, who he said was arrested over a year ago for no just cause and "unjustifiably" detained without trial.
"No law or constitutional provision allows for such a lengthy detention without trial and without visitation by families and friends, especially in a democratic government Nigeria is claiming to operate," Zakzaky said.
Meanwhile, an inter-religious group, Think-Nigeria Christian/Muslim Initiative wants Nigerians to work hard to expose activities of terrorist groups in the country and ensure religious harmony in the country.
While commending multi-billionaire businessman, Alhaji Umaru Abdulmutallab, who reported his son Faruk to the authorities when he became radicalized, the group in a communiqué at the end of a two day summit in Kaduna asked parents to pay more attention to their children and wards in order to protect them from activities of religious extremists. | Act N*dé and Get N5m: I Reject The Script ––Popular Actress reveal Posted: 26 May 2014 06:17 AM PDT Beautiful actress, Blessing Nweke has revealed how she turned down an offer of N5 million to take it all off in a movie. Her reason? She tells The Sun that she values her family name more than riches.
How would you rate Nigerian movies compared with those of other countries in Africa? Nigerian actors and actresses, even our movies, remain the best in Africa. In a few years, we will be the best in the world. For instance, I have featured in a lot of Ghanaian movies and could not finish my parts in some of the films because of the frustration I faced. That's why I backed out.
What kind of frustration are you talking about?
Not that they don't like Nigerians, Ghanaians are very accommodating, they are nice people. I faced frustration from the producers and directors. For example, in Nigeria, movies don't take long before they are produced, but in Ghana movie production is slow. It's not that they take their time to make movies they are just too slow. So, I could not see the end of most films I featured.
If you're not an actress, what would you have been?
If I were not an actress I would have loved to be a businesswoman. Though, there is no wrong doing both at the same time, I hope that very soon I would combine acting and business.
How much do you worth in terms of assets?
I am worth a reasonable sum both in cash and assets but that is not what attracted me into acting. I'm not from an extremely poor background and I'm not desperate to acquire wealth. I turned down an offer of N5 million from a producer to act n*dé. It was very tempting but for the name of my family that I cherished dearly, I rejected the offer. I refused to drag my family name into the mud.
What is your love life like, have you suffered heartbreak, still searching for Mr. Right or engaged?
I have been heartbroken severally, not once or twice but so many times. As I speak with you, I have someone who loves me greatly but that does not mean that I'm not searching for Mr. Right.
What would you say is the cause of many failed marriages in Nollywood?
I cannot say the cause of failed marriages in Nollywood because I'm not married. I believe that was one of the reasons my parents wanted to stop me from acting. To them, I may not get married and if I do, the marriage won't last. To me, it is a matter of understanding. For instance, at 2a.m in the morning, your phone will be ringing as both producers and directors are calling you for roles. We travel a lot to shoot films and some men or women may not tolerate that. Those of us who are still single are praying for God-fearing men that can understand the nature of our job. To me, these are some of the challenges that married actors and actresses face in Nollywood. | Man Kills Six Because He Was Still A Vi*gin & Never Kissed At 22! [PHOTOS] Posted: 26 May 2014 06:32 AM PDT  Elliot Rodger, the son of Peter Rodger who was the assistant director of The Hunger Games have shot seven people dead because he never dated or kissed anyone at 22. Rodger claims no one wanted to date him even when he was still in college and threatened to punish them by killing them.
He posted a video on youtube where he recorded his threats and says he feels lonely and unwanted as a 22-year old v*rgin.
His family later reported him to the police, but they found him to be a perfectly polite, kind and wonderful person. He also shot himself in the head after killing six.
Below are some of the things he said in one of his YouTube videos;
'I'm 22 years old and I'm still a v*rgin. I've never even kissed a girl,' he says in the video.
'College is the time when everyone experiences those things such as s*x and fun and pleasure. But in those years I've had to rot in loneliness. It's not fair. You girls have never been attracted to me.
'I don't know why you girls aren't attracted to me. But I will punish you all for it,' he says in the video, which runs to almost seven minutes. He promises to 'punish' women and lays out a 'retribution' plan.
'I'm going to enter the hottest sorority house of UCSB and I will slaughter every single spoilt, stuck-up, blonde s*** that I see inside there,' he says.
'All those girls that I've desired so much, they would have all rejected me and looked down on me as an inferior man if I ever made a s*xual advance towards them.
'I'll take great pleasure in slaughtering all of you. You will finally see that I am, in truth, the superior one. The true alpha male.
'Yes... After I have annihilated every single girl in the sorority house I will take to the streets of Isla Vista and slay every single person I see there. All those popular kids who live such lives of hedonistic pleasure...'

According to her friends who sent this story;"She has been dating the Zimbabwean guy for a while but she got tired cos it was an abusive relationship, he would hit her at any slightest provocation and she loved him still.

Christians on Sunday, in Jos, Plateau State, stayed indoors as a result of the rumour that Boko Haram planned to attack some places of worship within the state capital.
Rumour was rife on Saturday evening that some places of worships would be attacked on Sunday, as some of the churches which conducted service hurriedly closed before 11.00 a.m.
