Up-date on R*pe Case: Fuji star Obesere Released From Police Detention Over Lack Of Witness (See)

Obesere who was arrested for allegedly r*ping a lady has been released from police net.
  Fuji star has been released over lack of witness!!!
A police source said, "We invited him based on the petition we received and he has written a statement. He said the woman was his girlfriend and she had come to visit him at home.
"Obesere is not a flight risk, so we have released him on bail. However, investigations will continue and if he is found culpable, he will be arrested.
"The woman in question came to Obesere's house willingly and was not abducted. There are no eyewitnesses apart from Obesere and the victim, so we cannot conclude that it was r*pe, but we will leave no stone unturned."

Besides, did he chase her or she left of her own volition? or then, should I say the person my ex hubby is married to chased me out of my former home as well? As Nigerians i bet we are familiar with "Advance secondary schools" otherwise known as Private Universities and there are so many out there from church owners to politicians and rich individuals.

Well when i was leaving the normal secondary school, I can remember them saying university is a big world unlike secondary school nobody wakes you up, nobody forces you to school, nobody begs you to submit assignments, that it is like a world outside without anybody guiding you, it is where you gonna choose between good and bad. I don't think i need to go into the good and bad, ranging from cultists to pastors.

Then deciding the University you wanna go to you decided to choose the private one because when they say its 4 years its 4years, if public or federal uni says 4 years well 5 years is very sure, aside that the way of life of a private university is like an advance secondary with so many rules, lemme call out some rules for you guys according to what i have heard and what i know.

1a. For the girls them no trousers

1b. Even if trousers are allowed no Jeans.(C.U)

2. Skirt must be below the knee(RUN, C.U)

3. Guys must wear black shoes (this i know) (RUN)

4. You must attend morning devotion every day or have your points deducted. When no be premier league.(Schools own by churches)

5. Always wear tie to church and you must have your own bible.

6. No mobile phones allowed, therefore phones are dangerous items.(C.U)

7. Collecting permission before leaving school.

8. Curfew lol

9. etc cant remember and don't know all

I heard one ridiculous story about student going down on their knees as punishment and i heard they flogged students, well this gist belongs to madonna university, So i heard.

Well with this few things i've listed this is definitely not the idea of a university where you should be free and choose which path you wanna take because forcing certain rules and way on people can be counter-productive, but you wanna finish university quick quick? Advance Secondary School aka Private University for you if you have the money.

Among the women who did this were working class ladies who had to meet up with resumption time at work and market women who were desperate to get to their shops early enough since they were little buses available and the fees were too high.


The Nigerian Railway Corporation's Taskforce who arrests passengers for sitting on top of train roofs, were stunned when they found women among such passengers. They said they couldn't take any action because the situation was beyond them
This is a very bad situation, Nigerian government where are they???

 Good for him, you are not above any citizen because you wear a LASTMA uniform. 
on Wednesday, 5th of March, 2014 in Pencinema Agege, when he allegedly slapped a chief magistrate. But how can a man in his right senses slap a woman because you claim she broke the law.
Any way He has been handed over to the police and will soon be charged to court.

An official of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority, LASTMA, identified as Taye Shittu, has been arrested by the police at Pen Cinema Police Station for allegedly slapping a Chief Magistrate, Mrs. Komolafe Abimbola of Court 2 Ikeja, Lagos, western Nigeria.



She was on her way to the office around Pen Cinema area of Agege when the incident happened on Wednesday.





P.M.NEWS investigation revealed that Shittu accused Mrs. Abimbola of not obeying the traffic light and ordered her to come out of her car.



She was said to have obeyed Shittu's instruction after which there was an argument between them. During the argument Shittu was said to have slapped Mrs. Abimbola and she sustained injury on her face.

The victim reported the assault at Pen Cinema Police Station and Shittu was promptly arrested by the police.



While confirming the incident, Lagos State Deputy Police Public Relations Officer, Mr. Damatus Ozoani, said the accused will be charged to court after the conclusion of police investigation.



A senior official of LASTMA who pleaded for anonymity also told P.M.NEWS that Shittu has been tried internally and was subsequently dismissed from LASTMA  and handed over back to the police for prosecution.




"We have conducted a board room trial for him and he has been dismissed from the service. We have also handed him over back to the police for prosecution. We do not condone such act in LASTMA,'' said the source.


As a result of the incident, P.M.NEWS learnt that the court Mrs. Abimbola is presiding over could not sit yesterday as litigants had to take adjournment for their cases.
