Jim Iyke Attends Church With his alleged girlfriend Nadia Buari!!

Posted: 06 Oct 2013 09:53 AM PDT

Recently 'delivered' Nollywood actor, Jim Iyke is presently in Ghana with his rumoured lover, Nadia Buari. The actor hit the headlines few days ago when he was reportedly delivered from an alleged evil spirit which has allegedly disturbed him from finding a wife to marry.

Jim Iyke visited Ghana and went to a programme with Nadia, which had the actress' spiritual father, Rev Godspeed Angels, in attendance.

Jim Iyke tweeted an inspirational tweet on Twitter about the words of the man of God. He wrote, "His mercy grants true happiness and salvation which you quest. It's devoid of popular opinion. Rev Godspeed Angels."

Though his reported deliverance at Prophet TB Joshua's Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) last week has been criticised, he is however not disturbed about what people say about him on the matter.

Meet the Man that Becomes 'World's First Trillionaire' Thanks To Bank Error!!! (MUST READ)

What would you do with a trillion bucks? That's the question Texas resident Reggie Theus faced on Wednesday when he checked his bank account and found that his balance was well over $4 trillion.

Unfortunately, the balance, which would have made Theus the world's first trillionaire, was a mistake, according to local news station KLTV.
"I was definitely surprised when I looked in my account and saw that much money in there," Theus told KLTV.
Though Theus won't get to keep the cash, he told KLTV that he would have used it to help pay off the national debt.
Oddly enough, Molly Layes, of Fort Smith, Ariz., noticed a similar mistake on her BankCorp South statement earlier this week, according to 5 News Online.

BankCorp South communications executive Randy Burchfield confirmed to The Huffington Post that its online banking system had been experiencing some technical glitches.
"BancorpSouth online banking customers' deposit account balances reflected overstated balance totals for a short period of time Wednesday morning before being corrected," Burchfield wrote in an email.
Banking errors like these are not unheard of. Daily Finance points out that an Indian man, Parijat Saha, discovered $9.8 billion in his bank account, which was the result of a glitch.

Fulla Nayak, a resident of Kanarpur village in the coastal district of Kendrapada, died of old age complications Saturday.
According to her 72-year-old grandson, Fulla was 125. But as per a voter photo identity card issued by the government in 1995 she was 120 years.

The grand old woman lived in a small mud-walled thatched house in Kanarpur, about 25 km from the district headquarters. She is survived by two of her four daughters and around two dozen relatives.

Her eldest daughter, Jamuna, 92, lives in the same village. Her husband died at the age of 50.

Fulla was in the news when her grandson Narayan Nayak claimed last week that she could be the oldest woman living in the world. He had said that he would write to the Guinness book authorities to record the claim.

Fulla was known for her love of smoking ganja and cigars and palm juice. She also loved steaming hot tea.

She had never suffered any debilitating ailment throughout her life. Except for her weak eyesight, Fulla maintained good health and used to walk without support

'I thought my son would succeed me" - Grief-stricken Olu Falae Reveals..

Posted: 06 Oct 2013 07:45 AM PDT

A former Secretary to the Federal Government, Chief Olu Falae, has said he lost a political successor in his son, Deji, who died in the ill-fated Associated Airline on Thursday.
Deji, who was the Commissioner for Culture and Tourism in Ondo State, led the state government's delegation to accompany the corpse of  former Ondo State governor, Chief Olusegun Agagu from Lagos to Akure, for the a state burial.
Falae, who was still grieving over the loss, told the visiting Speaker of the House of Representatives, Aminu Tambuwal, that he had reached the peak of his political sojourn.
"I was looking forward to seeing Deji take over from me, because I have reached the peak of my being in politics. I will miss him so much," he said.
He, however, noted that he would submit to God since he could not question God over the death of his son.
Tambuwal had visited the home of the chieftain to commiserate with him and his family over the Thursday plane crash.
Tambuwal said Deji was his friend and had sent useful text messages to him on how to move the country forward, four days before the unfortunate incident.
He prayed that God would grant the family the fortitude to bear the loss.
Some traditional rulers in Ondo State also paid a condolence visit to the politician in his Akure home in respect of the sad incident.
Falae, while receiving them, said his son had earned his place in the present Government of Ondo State.
According to him, in spite of his political stature, he never influenced Deji's appointment as a commissioner.
He noted that his son had been a friend of Governor Mimiko and his appointment had nothing to do with his person.
The traditional rulers, led by Olukare of Ikare-Akoko, Oba Akadiri Momoh, encouraged Falae to have faith in God.
Commissioner for Information, Kayode Akinmade, told our correspondent that the late commissioner had to go to Lagos follow the corpse down to Akure following the request by Agagu's family that a senior member of the state government should accompany the corpse.
Meanwhile, SUNDAY PUNCH gathered that the Governor of Ondo State, Dr. Segun Mimiko, officially broke the news of Deji's death to his father on Thursday.
Mimiko, who broke down in tears upon entering Falae's house, was consoled by sympathisers.
Until his untimely death, Deji was the  Commissioner for Culture and Tourism in Mimiko's cabinet.

SHOCKER!!! Pope Joins Instagram!!

Posted: 06 Oct 2013 07:09 AM PDT

Pope Francis is on Twitter. The Pope who joined twitter some months back holds the record of most influential world leader according to a July Twiplomacy study, with his handle @Pontifex. He has 3,048,148 followers beating Obama to it. Now the Pope is on Instagram where he says he will be offering inspirations rather than revelations via his Instagram page.

I think Instagram is more about revelation (revealing pictures) than inspiration tho.  Welcome Pope!

(MUST READ) How we survived the plance crash,by Feyi Agagu (Son of Late Gov Agagu)

Posted: 06 Oct 2013 06:54 AM PDT

A close family friend of Feyi, son of late Chief Agagu, who is one of the survivors of the ill fated Associated Airlines flight, told Vanguard that he (Feyi) was initially reluctant to enter the plane after seeing how old it looked. (The exact plane pictured right). He and others survived basically by sitting at the back of the plane. Below is what a family insider Feyi spoke to said;
"The young man said that once they got to the tarmac before boarding and once he sighted the plane, what struck him was the seemingly very old look of the plane. Feyi said he didn't like the looks of the plane. He also said but for the importance and significance of the trip, his inner sense didn't feel comfortable boarding the plane.
"In fact, Feyi said he told another survivor, Femi Akinsanya, that the plane looked too old and he didn't feel like boarding. But Feyi said he was told not to get himself worked up needlessly since this was not going to be his first time aboard a plane neither would this be the first old-looking plane that he would board. That was how he said he boarded the plane".
"Feyi recounted how he and Femi Akinsanya boarded the plane and moved straight to the back end to take up seats. Why Feyi chose the back seat", the source said, "was more a function of his state of mind about the state of the plane rather than a preference for taking a back seat.

"When they sat down, Feyi told me that he and Femi simply prayed that they should just take off and land safely, oblivious of what lay ahead of them. "Feyi said once they took off, everything happened so fast. What he also told me was that both he and Femi noticed what looked like a crack not far from where they sat at the rear end of the plane

"He said everything happened so fast that by the time the plane crashed on the ground, it was that crack that had been noticed earlier that transformed into a gapping exit point upon impact on the ground.

"Feyi said the exit point created was where he and Femi escaped through".

Another source further revealed that most of the survivors of the crash appeared to be those seated at the rear end of the plane.

Though 23years old, the plane, according to Balami David, the President of the National Association of Pilots and Engineers, during a television interview, reportedly operated some days before the ill-fated flight

Why Gov. Agagu's casket and corpse was intact after plane crash that killed 13

Posted: 06 Oct 2013 06:30 AM PDT

Not only was the casket carrying Agagu's corpse intact after the plane crashed on Thursday morning, people who opened the casket shortly after the crash said the cap on his head stayed intact and his body wasn't ruffled. These discoveries have baffled so many, with some insinuating it's juju. But the reason is really simple. The casket was latched to the hooks in the cargo compartment of the plane and was placed in the rear end of the plane. People who sat at the back of the plane survived the crash, so the casket, which was kept at the back also survived the crash.

Meanwhile during his burial on Friday, his widow Funke Agagu insisted on seeing the body before he is buried. She was photographed praying for the body before he was lowered into his grave.
