How Agagu’s in-law Femi Akinsanya, jumped out of burning plane

The picture of Femi Akinsanya walking after his involvment in the Agagu plane crash stunned many.An eyewitness who works at the Murtala International Airport has revealed to Nigerian Tribune that two of the survivors of the Thursday plane crash in Lagos escaped death by jumping out of the plane minutes before it went up in flames.
Pleading for anonymity because of the sensitive nature of the incident, the middle age man, who works for Sahara Energy, said he was close by when the accident occurred.
"The company I work for is very close to the site of the crash. I saw the plane tilt towards one side and I perceived the pilot was trying to avoid landing in a depot full of fuel close by.


I think this was a great and timely decision because if the plane had landed on the depot the ensuing disaster would definitely be more than what we saw.
"As I joined others to rush to the scene, I saw two people with varying degrees of injuries, including wounds on their heads, jump out of the plane. It was later I was able to identify one of them as the son-in-law of the late Agagu, while the other was not known to me.
"The plane did not burst into flames immediately it crashed, because it gave about 15-18 seconds moments of grace for help to come. But when help eventually came, it was a little bit too late as the plane had already been engulfed by fire,"
"It was 15 minutes after the depot operators made use of their JUHI that the fire fighters from the Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) got to the scene, while those from the Lagos State government got arrived at about 45 minutes after this.
"It was like a scene in one of the Hollywood movies, as I watched in awe when the plane veered to one side with one of its wings pointing downwards. It eventually crashed just a few meters from a depot which had tanks, I believe were full of aviation fuel. By the time we arrived at the scene, moments later, it was difficult to see what was going on as everywhere was covered with a thick smoke,"

The world's most expensive necklace, L'Incomparable has gone onsale for £34million( 8.7 billion naira)The interesting thing is, the center piece was found in a dirt lump by a poverty-stricken African girl.
The flawless yellow gem has more than 407 carats.
The necklace is studded with 90 white diamonds weighing nearly 230 carats
L'Incomparable was found in its rough state weighing 890 carats by a poverty-striken African girl as she played in a pile of rubble outside her uncle's house in the town of Mbuji Mayi in the Democratic Republic of Congo.



 When the girl's uncle saw the lump, he was convinced it was of value and sold it to local African diamond dealers for an unknown sum.The dealers, in turn, sold it to a group of Lebanese buyers operating from Kinshasa, Kenya.
Guinness named it the world's most valuable necklace in 2013
It was created by luxury jeweller Mouawad and is being offered for sale at a Singapore jewellery show.
Only serious potential buyers will get the chance to try it on.
For the L'Incomparable is protected by an army of security guards, plain-clothed supervisors, cameras, and motion detectors.
Yet 'serious interest' has been shown by two potential buyers from Asia, Mouawad's managing director Jean Nasr confirmed.
One thing is certain, the child who found it in the 1980s will never benefit. Her identity and fate remains a mystery.

Miley Cyrus shocked many when she released her latest sexually charged photos.However it is claimed they are in response to an open letter by Irish superstar  Sinead..Miley revealed that her Wrecking Ball video was inspired by Sinead's iconic video for Nothing Compares 2 U.

Miley didn't find it funny and mocked her on twitter comparing her to mentally ill Amanda Bynes.Miley also posted an old picture of Sinead tearing up a picture of the Pope in a 1992 Saturday Night Live skit.
Letter below(If only it were for Rihanna...the reply would have been epic)I must say..the lady is absolutely right..about all she said

Dear Miley,
I wasn't going to write this letter, but today I've been dodging phone calls from various newspapers who wished me to remark upon your having said in Rolling Stone your Wrecking Ball video was designed to be similar to the one for Nothing Compares… So this is what I need to say… And it is said in the spirit of motherliness and with love.



I am extremely concerned for you that those around you have led you to believe, or encouraged you in your own belief, that it is in any way 'cool' to be naked and licking sledgehammers in your videos. It is in fact the case that you will obscure your talent by allowing yourself to be pimped, whether it's the music business or yourself doing the pimping.
Nothing but harm will come in the long run, from allowing yourself to be exploited, and it is absolutely NOT in ANY way an empowerment of yourself or any other young women, for you to send across the message that you are to be valued (even by you) more for your sexual appeal than your obvious talent.
I am happy to hear I am somewhat of a role model for you and I hope that because of that you will pay close attention to what I am telling you.

The music business doesn't give a s*** about you, or any of us. They will prostitute you for all you are worth, and cleverly make you think it's what YOU wanted... and when you end up in rehab as a result of being prostituted, 'they' will be sunning themselves on their yachts in Antigua, which they bought by selling your body and you will find yourself very alone.
None of the men oggling you give a s*** about you either, do not be fooled. Many's the woman mistook lust for love. If they want you sexually that doesn't mean they give a f*** about you. All the more true when you unwittingly give the impression you don't give much of a f*** about yourself, and when you employ people who give the impression they don't give much of a f*** about you either. No one who cares about you could support your being pimped... and that includes you yourself.
Yes, I'm suggesting you don't care for yourself. That has to change. You ought be protected as a precious young lady by anyone in your employ and anyone around you, including you. This is a dangerous world. We don't encourage our daughters to walk around naked in it because it makes them prey for animals and less than animals, a distressing majority of whom work in the music industry and its associated media.
You are worth more than your body or your sexual appeal. The world of showbiz doesn't see things that way, they like things to be seen the other way, whether they are magazines who want you on their cover, or whatever... Don't be under any illusions.. ALL of them want you because they're making money off your youth and your beauty... which they could not do except for the fact your youth makes you blind to the evils of show business. If you have an innocent heart you can't recognise those who do not.
I repeat, you have enough talent that you don't need to let the music business make a prostitute of you. You shouldn't let them make a fool of you either. Don't think for a moment that any of them give a flying f*** about you. They're there for the money... we're there for the music. It has always been that way and it will always be that way. The sooner a young lady gets to know that, the sooner she can be REALLY in control.

You also said in Rolling Stone that your look is based on mine. The look I chose, I chose on purpose at a time when my record company were encouraging me to do what you have done. I felt I would rather be judged on my talent and not my looks. I am happy that I made that choice, not least because I do not find myself on the proverbial rag heap now that I am almost 47 years of age... which unfortunately many female artists, who have based their image around their sexuality, end up on when they reach middle age.
Real empowerment of yourself as a woman would be to in future refuse to exploit your body or your sexuality in order for men to make money from you. I needn't even ask the question... I've been in the business long enough to know that men are making more money than you are from you getting naked. It's really not at all cool. And it's sending dangerous signals to other young women. Please in future say no when you are asked to prostitute yourself. Your body is for you and your boyfriend. It isn't for every spunk-spewing dirtbag on the net, or every greedy record company executive to buy his mistresses diamonds with.
As for the shedding of the Hannah Montana image.. whoever is telling you getting naked is the way to do that does absolutely NOT respect your talent, or you as a young lady. Your records are good enough for you not to need any shedding of Hannah Montana. She's waaaaaaay gone by now... Not because you got naked but because you make great records.
Whether we like it or not, us females in the industry are role models and as such we have to be extremely careful what messages we send to other women. The message you keep sending is that it's somehow cool to be prostituted... it's so not cool Miley... it's dangerous. Women are to be valued for so much more than their sexuality. we aren't merely objects of desire. I would be encouraging you to send healthier messages to your peers... that they and you are worth more than what is currently going on in your career. Kindly fire any motherf***er who hasn't expressed alarm, because they don't care about you.

Feyi, the son of late former Ondo State Governor, Olusegun Agagu, has said that he is alright and no one should worry about his state.

Feyi spoke when his friends, led by Jide Obanikoro, the son of a former Nigeria's ambassador to Ghana, Musiliu Obanikoro, visited him at the Surgical Emergency ward of the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, Ikeja where he and other victims of the Associated Airline plane crash were rushed to on Thursday.


The victim, who spoke normally, said he became unconscious after feeling the impact of the aeroplane hitting the ground but woke up later.
He had a neck support and some bandages but he giggled when he saw his friends wearing worried faces.

While being wheeled to the Intensive Care Unit for a body scan, the victim threw his right thumb up to his friends, saying 'nothing do me'.
 A second victim, Femi Akinsanya, was seen on another bed talking with about seven of his relatives, including Hip Hop Musician, Sasha Alabi.
Akinsanya, who had a neck support around his neck, described his survival as a miracle.Doctors were seen advising his pregnant wife not to move him to another hospital yet until he is stabilised.

Our correspondent was however prevented from taking pictures inside the hospital.
It was not all smiles at the hospital as a plump woman, said to be the wife of one of the dead victims, Chijioke Duru, was seen weeping profusely, rolling on the ground at the hospital.
She wailed, "Chjioke, I am finished, who will take care of our daughter, Chinasa. Why did you leave me? I am finished."
The woman subsequently started blabbing and demanded that her husband's corpse be handed over to her immediately. She was however taken away by another relative.
Meanwhile, sources close to Gbenga Obasanjo told our correspondent that he was in the United States and denied rumours that he was on the aeroplane.

The source said,
"Gbenga was meant to be on that plane because he was to represent his father, Olusegun Obasanjo, at the event but stayed back in Atlanta, Georgia to attend to some things."

In a recent interview with Hiphop World, Chininma addressed the issue of her rumoured love interests like Phyno & Dammy Krane

 If you must, who would you date amongst Iyanya, Wizkid, Dammykrane and Davido.
Iyanya has the body. Davido has the money, Wizkid is the Starboy, DammyKrane is a sweet, cute guy. I'll probably go with DammyKrane.
What's up with you and DammyKrane.
Dammy Krane is my friend, he is everybody's friend, and he's funny and crazy. Before I shot the Video, I had a lot of options to play my love interest in the Video but I didn't like any. Then someone said there was this new guy and then they played his song and I liked it. Sometime later, we were at Cool FM and I spotted him jumping about and being very playful. He was so energetic; I liked him instantly and wanted him as my love interest in the video. So my manager called him up, he was so nice, he came over, we talked and he told me the day we were going to shoot the Video was his birthday. Then I got scared that he might not make it. Unfortunately, on the day of the shoot, he got robbed that morning but he still made it to the shoot and then left after his part. We've been friends ever since

It did! Less than 20 minutes after we put up the picture on Instagram, it just went crazy and we were not even in Lagos; we were in Abuja. We went for the Hennessy Artistry and we were at the airport before we went to the hotel, so we were just taking pictures then before we knew it, it was everywhere. It was kind of funny because we were just two people sitting somewhere and making the industry talk.
